On average, the length of our program is 36 - 48 months and the first settlement is negotiated within the first 3 - 6 months. As you progress your credit score moves forward positively and can rise again, however, depending upon the condition of your credit report at the time you enroll, a debt settlement plan like ours could have a negative effect on your credit report and credit score.
