I’ll just put it this way— talk to your bankruptcy attorney first before making a contract with FDR. Also, very lackluster customer service. They will flip on you in a heartbeat. Reminds me of car salesman.

Your creditors will continue to add these fees as part of your original agreement with them, but once your accounts are in a secured settlements, the fees and interest will stop. We encourage you to reach out to customer service if you have further questions regarding your balances.
