Big mistake, when a settlement is reached, the payment is too low, It should not take 6 months to pay. $197 Lower settlement should be paid quicker. My credit score is lower with Freedom Debt relief than before.

I was surprised to find out about a large service fee that is preventing more settlements. That was not clearly defined by agents when signing up.

Scammers!! Took my money off my card via my account number.. I don't know how they did with out my authorization kinda p me off. When they said my account was open they never closed it for abt of them.
