I saw the Ad and just decided to go with them. They do everything they can to help you, though every now and then you might get someone who's not that great, but most of the time it's good. They have kept me up to date with things, but I'm having difficulty getting in touch with my specific negotiator. He doesn't answer my emails or call me back. I'm glad I did it though, I want to get things done and get over it.

I got it so I could pay out my credit funds. They are giving me great service and keep me updated through fax and email. They are always there and support me, even when I couldn't make the full payment. On that occasion they lowered the payment for that month and continued with me.

The guy I talked to when I first called was really nice and knowledgeable. Since then they have always been very good and courteous. They always send me emails to let me know of the progress of things and they're always on time with that. I think it was a good decision. I am really appreciative of this company. I am a mess over the amount of time it takes but that can not be helped. Accumulating enough money takes time. So much easier to accumulate debt! The only thing that is a bit hard is the amount they get when they settle. I am sure they deserve every penny but when you are trying to get out of debt watching a sizable chunk of money not go to bills is tough! On the other hand they try really hard to deal with all the yucky calls ect....so I feel like money well spent.

So far, we have been quite pleased with the results of signing on with Freedom Deb Relief. They have successfully negotiated a payoff for one of our two accounts. The ONLY downfall I see, is that the length of time in the program changes . . . often . . . with no explanation. So please be mindful of that. Ours has gone from 2018 to 2023 and we have paid off one account - so not sure how this is working.

However... and notwithstanding I am very tardy in answering this questionnaire... my complaint with FDR so far is that FDR does NOT acknowledge my email submissions or my email questions. I am pleased with Ryan and how informative he was he explained everything and how the program works. I was a little scared and hesitant to take a step like this but I know its for the best. I decided to go with Freedom Debt Relief because of some overdue bills I had. They helped me reduce the financial burden I have, and kept following up on me. Sometimes I would get a text, and sometimes I would get an email to check my dashboard. Overall, it was a great experience.

After signing with this company I became very weary of the way the business was run however they continued to assure me they could help me but I just needed to hang in there until they had enough time to get contracts with each if my debtors then I would see a bug difference and. Is I am glad I did because it has finally started to pay off.
