We were struggling after a few minor hiccups in our finances and FDR really helped us. I can’t believe the progress we have made since starting the program in May 2017. I would recommend to anyone who is serious about becoming debt free and is struggling to make those monthly payments to creditors and still live a normal life.

They did save me money. The person who enrolled me was very knowledgeable, was able to answer all my questions. The problem is that you do not know all the questions to ask. Once signed up you get handed off to customer service people who answer you questions with vague generalities. They tell you the deal with all banks, when in reality the banks sell your debt to a collection agency, and they end of dealing with the collection agency. Not a big deal, but was not given exactly accurate information. Once you stop paying your cards, while given money to FDR, the banks have no idea what is happening. Wish they would inform the banks that you are making a concerted effort to fix the situation. If they did tell them, I was unaware

I just joined Freedom Debt and they have been very attentive, immediately starting work on my accounts. I have already approved a settlement. Knowing that they will field all phone calls from collectors also puts my mind at ease. Everyone I've spoken to, from my original contact with Justin to the most recent call setting up my account, have been sensitive to my needs and so kind. The bank withdrawals have been working perfectly. It's only been a few weeks, but I am already feeling so much better about taking care of my debt and future financing decisions.

I saw the Ad and just decided to go with them. They do everything they can to help you, though every now and then you might get someone who's not that great, but most of the time it's good. I got it so I could pay out my credit funds. They are giving me great service and keep me updated through fax and email. They are always there and support me, even when I couldn't make the full payment. On that occasion they lowered the payment for that month and continued with me.

The guy I talked to when I first called was really nice and knowledgeable. Since then they have always been very good and courteous. They always send me emails to let me know of the progress of things and they're always on time with that. I think it was a good decision. I'd recommend it to anybody who's in a similar situation as I was.

I am really appreciative of this company. I am a mess over the amount of time it takes but that can not be helped. Accumulating enough money takes time. So much easier to accumulate debt! The only thing that is a bit hard is the amount they get when they settle. I am sure they deserve every penny but when you are trying to get out of debt watching a sizable chunk of money not go to bills is tough! On the other hand they try really hard to deal with all the yucky calls ect....so I feel like money well spent.

So far, we have been quite pleased with the results of signing on with Freedom Deb Relief. They have successfully negotiated a payoff for one of our two accounts. The ONLY downfall I see, is that the length of time in the program changes . . . often . . . with no explanation. So please be mindful of that. Ours has gone from 2018 to 2023 and we have paid off one account - so not sure how this is working.
