I had my doubts about Freedom Debt Relief at first and even into my first 4 payments, then after two months after the program they helped me settle one of my largest debts which worried me the most and it was a relief and I became more confident in the program. Now I can trust by making extra deposits knowing that is up to me to get myself out of debt while they guide me all the way. My only doubt is if I will be able to recover my credit which has dropped around 160 points since I started the program 2 months ago but time will tell.

I remember the day they called me back and said my name and asked if they could help me! I believe that was 2018. After talking for awhile and sharing what my problems were and receiving information about what to do, I began to feel the relief sliding across my shoulders. they take so long to reduce your debt that the amount of debt you started with doubles and then they charge so may fees that you really end up paying the full amount of your debt by the end of your term not to mention you are still getting collection and demand for payment calls because they do not reach out to your creditors unit they are ready to make a "deal" which could take up to 2-3 years.

Hi Wendie, it is important to remember that you are saving on your overall debt and your debt is completely separate from our settlement fee. Our fee is payment for the service we are providing and the settlement is what you pay to satisfy your debt with a creditor, at a lower rate.

Freedom Debt Relief has been pretty good for me. I am making good progress and should conclude my indebtedness by 2024. I heard some bad things about them, but they have been good for me. They have an A+ with the Better Business Bureau and 4 out of 5 stars in Customer Reviews, so the complaints may exist, but overall they have helped me.
