The dashboard is helpful...but in the very beginning I was a bit intimidated because the deduction from my bank didn't show up on the dashboard for several days. I finally ended up calling FDR to verify that it would take several days sometimes.

I am enjoying the fact that I can focus on my health issues as well as other difficulties I am currently having instead of dreading to wake up each morning just to " pull my hair out" . I feel as if I am in good hands with FDR and this was certainly a valuable decision for me to make. I appreciate all efforts set forth and all will be a ok eventually. I pride myself on doing the right thing , at this point in time it was getting beyond my ability to grasp the severity of my hardship situations. I am doing the right thing. God bless the creditors understanding , most of them anyway. Thanks FDR for doing the work on my behalf , I was headed down a road of horror , financially , emotionally and physically. I am doing a "bit" better each day. Still a long road , less speed bumps though. Thank you FDR. I am a committed customer and would be lost without your assistance. MOST PLACES, I AM UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY CONTACT ALL THE PLACES THAT ARE TURNED IN A ONE TIME AND REACH OUT TO THEM AND REACH AN AGREEMENT TO SETTLE THE ACCOUNTS AND THEM TURN TO THE CLIENT WITH A MONTHLY PAYMENT ON ALL THE ACCOUNTS. I WILL CONTINUE MY PAYMENT AGREEMENT AND PRAY I WILL BE ABLE TO GET MY CREDIT RATING BACK UP TO NEAR 700'S BEFORE STARTING THIS PROGRAM.

I was in a position where my income was inadequate to make any debt principal reduction. I was getting more interest attached to my debt than I could meet, so I got deeper and deeper into debt. It was difficult meeting all of the settled payoffs, but it became possible after 3 plus years of dedicated monthly payments (via FDR).

They helped me with my overall debt but I was not informed properly of the time frame that the program would end. I was told my debt would be cleared in four years but I'm actually set to graduate in 5 years. This should be explained more clearly for future people in debt, who wish to get help from this company.
