It's been almost 3 years and only a portion of my debt has been resolved. I was sued by one of my creditors and the only response from Freedom was "send more money and we'll start negotiations". Needless to say, I'm paying that creditor directly as I didn't need my wages garnished. Not happy with the progress so far.

Just entering into the agreement gives you a sense of relief and the weight off your shoulders. I feel that I am too new to give a complete rating but so far everything is as you said it would be. I have contacted customer service just twice and the help I received was complete. Just as an example, the way you contact and get an agreement with each debt looks like the last creditor is waiting almost four years to get a call from you and a settlement. Also, I am getting calls, emails, text messages from several debt relief companies just since I signed up with yours. Do you post something somewhere that let's them know you are involved with my situation?
