On average, the length of our program is 36 - 48 months and the first settlement is negotiated within the first 3 - 6 months. As you progress your credit score moves forward positively and can rise again, however, depending upon the condition of your credit report at the time you enroll, a debt settlement plan like ours could have a negative effect on your credit report and credit score. You still receive calls from credit cards. They delay payments. They charge fees even though you pay in full your debt. They hold accounts in order to get higher debt to start negotiating .

Do not use the program. What they save you in debt, they charge in settlement fees. You are much better off financially and credit wise to file BK. CHEAPER and FASTER believe it or not.

Even with our settlement fees, you will still have big savings being in the program, as compared to paying the creditor 100% of the balance owed plus there interest fees.
