I recently learned that debt will no be paid anywhere near the 42 months that I was told when I signed on. It is now extended to 2022 instead of 2019. Great disappointment.

They are not as clear about where your money goes as they should be. They charge high fees. No alternative companies for the service they provide. Take it their way or no help at all.
