I haven't been with you all long enough to have much of an opinion. I did do a stop payment for Upgrade, with whom I have three accounts, even paid a fee to my bank to do so. However, notwithstanding the stop payment, today I got charged $432. My bank said they changed their number or something. So, right now I am devastated, with additional transactions scheduled in the next week. Let's hope they don't go through.

It is hard to review a company that seems very slow to help with my debt. It has been three months since I signed up and paid the agreed-upon amount each month. Americor was supposed to have settled with one of my credit card banks, but I continue to get demand notices from them. My credit has almost hit rock bottom, continue to get reminders that I am late with my payments. No indication that Americor has contacted them to settle.

I felt the sales person , Christian, that took all my info, cared only only about closing the deal. There was one company included in negotiations that should not of been (Lowe’s) and one not included in negotiations that should of been (PayPal). Christian never returned my calls until I texted . For me , it has been a scary and humbling experience. I have not made final judgement yet.

They did alright on part of it, but they didn't listen to me and take my advice since it was my stuff. They just weren't very helpful and most people I talked to weren't very knowledgeable. They always had to send me to somebody else. It ended up being a circus show every time that I tried to call and ask questions.
