Dominique L was very informative and knowledgeable about Americore program, I enjoyed conversing with him, however, I tried and tried to reach him for some other concerns and I was not able to, the nice people who answered my call kept on telling me they would text him a message but I never got a call back.

It has been a smooth program to work through! At first it can be challenging as you get all your docs to Americor buy once that is complete it is a smooth process. Understand your credit score will take a hit but mine is almost recovered after 2 yrs. For me it was worth it to get out of debt.

I was very disappointed with this program. It was hard getting customer service, calls were unbearable from debt collectors. I was advised not to talk to them. After a few months I called to cancel. David V handled my request. He was Very Rude & treated me like a child as I told him so.
