I am a new customer and don't know too much about this relief program. However, the representative made me feel comfortable and educated me about this hardship program and explained clearly about it. I am looking forward to be debt free. I am concerned about my credit hit and not able to make purchases for six months .But I am looking forward to a clean start with a better credit score afterwards. This company alway kept me in the loop about the things that was going on. I still have a little bit more work to see how the transfer of debt to my loan process is going to work in regards to were the money I have in my account will go toward the payoff and the loan amount balance.
