Overall pretty decent company. Only complaint I have is when they send you an offer they show you the percentage deduction of the balance you'll have to pay, but they show you the higher percentage deduction from current balance not at time of enrollment. Usually your creditors have been charging you past due fees and over limit charges reaching up your total balance owed. Other than that they do ask the negotiations for you and you will save tons of money not paying interest anymore

They gave me piece of mind when i was fielding debt callers and missing payments. Ea situation is different but 8 months in and I have accepted the loan to clear my debts, no settlements remain. Fee structures are mentioned but may surprise some. In the end I think paying them to manage what I couldnt, and leaving me with a better outcome than I could achieve solo is worth fees, interest, and the tension of waiting.

They always keep me informed on everything that is happening whether it be a strategy call or a one on one chat. The strategy calls are very "robotic" but they have to follow the script so I'm good with that. If I chime in with a question or concern they seem to have the right answer for me. The only thing I was a little upset with was when I went on to create my American portal I saw that each month my payment was going to about $13 more due to a fee. It still stayed within my budget but I should have been told about that. It doesn't change how helpful Martin was and he made the process very easy. He also seemed very relatable to me and financial troubles!
