Americor has done an excellent job helping me get to a better spot in my life. While I do get constantly called by creditors to pay my bills, once Americor steps in and settles the debt owed to them, the calls stop. It'll be nice to be debt free in 4 years vs however long it would have taken before working with this company. Keep up the good work!

When I started with them, my understanding was that the program will be a total of 48 months and I will have to deposit every month an amount of $330 . Bu t a few months ago they contacted me a few times about settlement with some of my creditors but mentioned to me that I might need to add more money for them to settle. It happened a few times and I feel that Americor negotiator are competing who can get more money out of any settlement. That is just my feeling of how they handle my settlement program.

I have stayed with Americor due to their showing me that they are putting my accounts into settlement yet I am unsure on the timeliness of this process. My credit score took a plunge began the program yet it is slowly coming back back up.

It is finally starting to pay down debt with 2 out of 4 creditors reaching settlement. It gives me hope for the two left to settle. It takes time to get enough money in the savings account to negotiate with. Americor has been helpful and flexible to my unique needs when I have encountered unexpected financial hardships. Each person who I have worked with has been professional. Where I have used the online communication feature I have less success and this is where I find it more challenging to work with on a few occassions.

It’s a relief to be able to make reasonable payments on a reasonable debt. When you can’t pay the minimum amount the credit card companys just keep on tacking the interest on. There should be a limit, some reasonable percentage. Americor helps to bring it back into the realm of reality.

When the customer services (very nice reps) call to give you a settlement, they rattle off all this information before and after they give you the hard numbers. I requested an email with all the information given in the call was was told to look on the websit (too much work) becasue they could not email me the words that were being spoken to me. I don't think that is good business, to say something and then not be able to put it in writing to the conversation at hand. Going on the website and reading it there is not the same as requesting it in writing when goes with an offer. needs improvement.
