The man I talked to was very courteous and he had no problem answering all my questions. I actually asked the same question maybe 4 to 5 times and he was very patient. Probably one of the most thorough companies I've ever come across, I would definitely recommend it. They have done everything good so far.

I don't think the process of getting a loan was fast enough, I think it took a little time but it did it come through in terms of the loans. They never fail to resolve the next one, they make sure the credit is correct, they are committed and explain things in detail.

I think they should just pay off the debt out right. It should be little more than trying to negotiate with creditors in the same process. The communication was sometimes great, other times it wasn't.

They could do more communicationwise on what's going on throughout the loan process. Your credit will like go down a little bit but eventually it will go back up. They really fixed the process of getting out of debt. Sometimes it's hard to reach them

They always responded when I contacted them but I didn't feel like they gave me helpful answers. The negotiation process wasn't great. Americor serves its purpose though, it got us where we needed to be. They should warn people that when you get to the line of credit you're going to have a huge interest rate, even more than your credit cards.

Overall I am very pleased with Americor and the process. They saved me a significant amount of money overall. My only negative feedback would be that due to their process I ended up owing MORE on one of my debts enrolled with them. Doesn't make much sense to me to owe MORE to settle that what I started with.

My debit relief was going great until I had a snag with Capital One. I could not include this creditor due to the fact that I made a payment in November 2021. I sent all the statements and was told in March 2022 that it was eliminated. I now have to go on a payment plan to pay them off. 5 months of interest has been added to this creditor. I am very upset about this.

They're prompt and professional. Just ask as many questions up front as you need to to get all the info you need. Would have been nice to know that canceling the credit card accounts would affect the credit score, I didn't know that going into it.

They could do better making sure the customer is completely aware of what you're supposed to be doing. Try Americor out. I'm not sure exactly what they're wanting from me at this point. I've sent the letters but they are asking me for some more documents and I don't know what those are so I'm kind of confused right now.

Just be aware that if you use a service like this just be prepared to have your credit destroyed. There are a lot of fees, and the fees are more than I thought they would be. My credit is destroyed, it's under 600 now. I did not know that it would go that low because my credit score was good before this and it had this huge negative impact after using their services. They are responsive when you call them, they do answer the questions.

Every time I've called the customer service when I got through to them was really good, but a lot of times the wait times to talk to someone about a concern were either from five to ten minutes. With Americor, at first I was just very confused. because Americor I had contacted credit nine for a credit debt consolidation loan. It took me a bunch of research and then I talked to them three times until I understood. It was a good experience, a lot was resolved, we're rebuilding my credit and it really did relieve a lot of my financial pressures.
