The only reason I didn’t leave five is because there were times that I didn’t hear anything and because you’re so worried it would be nice for them to check in. I had the app I did go with Credit 9 and right now I am debt free except for the bill to them and just the weight has lifted off my shoulders so thank you.

I didn't like that it took so long to get the first settlement, but now they have been coming pretty regularily. The only real complaint I have is they don't seem to be very responsive to emails, just receive a computer generated response with generally no followup. Other than that, I'm pretty satisfied with the progress so far

I was not able to reach most people when I needed questions answered. The only person I was able to reach was the person I spoke to the first time and his name was Eda and he was wonderful. He had to ask questions to answer to his supervisors to be able to answer my questions.

You should talk to the reps to explain the circumstances you have right now, to see whatever they can offer to help you. The person who's taking care of me is listening to me and tries to advise me on whatever is the best. So far it's very good. It's helping me.

They've been pretty helpful. We had 9 cards that we all consolidated into their system so that we could reduce our debt and like I said, so far it's going pretty good. Sometimes they're kind of hard to get a hold of, but you just have to be a little bit patient.

That was NOT suggested to me as a possible solution, and I am truly glad I cancelled my contract with Americor before it went into effect after talking to another debt handling company.

Yes, my debt was paid off earlier than it would have without them. We were told when we signed up that there was no need to worry about fees because they were included in the program estimates. What they don't tell you is that the amount of fees they charge are astronomical. The amount of money I saved in interest was paid in fees to Americor. They charge a fee for every deposit, every payment to a creditor and a huge fees is added every time a settlement is reached. They will also tell you that you will be eligible for a line of credit down the line to pay all creditors off, I tried a number of times to ask about this service and it took 2 years to get anyone to return my phone call. They also tell you that if you get sued in civil court there is no worry as they will take care of it. What they don't tell you is if you don't have enough in your trust account to settle the debt, you are on your own and the here is nothing they can do for you unless you make extra deposits.
