They answer your questions and they seem to know what they're talking about. The one thing they did not tell me, which I wasn't happy about, was that they charges twelve ninety five, so when I saw that I was a little taken aback because I wasn't aware of that.

Answering her phone calls and updates of information could be a little smoother. I would definitely recommend Americor just because they kind of let it all out on the table. I'm still new to the program, but they give me updates and then inform me before the next payment is due and just keep me up to date with emails and phone calls is out there showing on my account. They did do everything they can to assess any issue that I had and were very friendly and knowledgeable.

The person that has dealt with us has been very understanding and compassionate of the hardships we had going on. We had to spend a lot of time on the phone to go over every detail to make sure it was exactly right.

Americor did exactly what they said they would. They were informative and easy to deal with. The only reason I don't rate them a 5 is because no one is perfect. I would advise anyone considering debt settlement to look very closely at the fees. They are (in my opinion) a bit high. But, you get the convenience of not having to deal with the negotiations.

I'd recommend them. I had trouble when I first got it that day I couldn't get a hold of anybody until I finally got online and then I got a phone number that somebody answered the phone. They may explain how their system works in covering my automatic payouts you know they left me hanging in there and I'm still still not getting it, I have one credit card company that's covered with the agreement and they're still they're sending me all kinds emails and I haven't been paid yet.

It sounds really nice and I like that it's interest free. It does take a lot less time than a credit card or a loan to pay off. Everyone that I've spoken to has been really friendly and help me with a lot of my questions and made me really you know better understand what the company and the program was.
