So first why have a service that suppose to help customers fix their credit. But it talk 14 days plus for them to start working on a customers credit profile. Also spoke with the resolution team stating a manger would call me in a hour. It’s been 4 hours and I bet no one calls. This service is a waste of time and money specially if you want you credit fixed quickly. If it takes 14 days for them to do nothing with an active account no tell how long it takes for their repair process. Sales team talk a great game, but company can’t back up the service. After the company reads this review nothing will change to help the situation. Even though I’m venting this store is 100% true, I paid $150 on Sep. 7th. I have sent appointments on their app 4 times. Each rep said a ticket was put in for the app to reflect credit score today is Sep 19th. My account still wasn’t working and no actions was taken during a 14 day to span to call the customer. So I cancel and close an account just a 28 year trying to get credit right to buy first home and this service can’t help customers get to there goals.

This business starts out helpful but then spins in circles trying to sell u lots of add ons. Frustrating . Then You thru persistence of saying what i simply need is, a legal letter to send to one business/collections. They set up an appt/call with lawyer consult, and tell you they will contact Me for my appoint. I receive an email confirmation says it nothing about how they contact you. You go by what you were told by Credit Pros Service staff, “I will get a call.” . The email confirmation does say “legal service call” . I waited a week for appt get 8;03 am reminder says “your appointment it in 1 hr. Options in email are” cancel or change, or appointment or add to your calendar . No confirmation of “we will call you at this number you provided” or “ call us at this number provided u musta call us at number provided. Therefore you wait or as i did, I messaged via chat on Credit pros at 9;04 since my call didn’t come in. Then calll credit pros spent 25mins on chat and per my insistent get a phone number to call. Its a number with no identifying info like “the lawyer names Kessler & Chulsky” or legal services, just a random leave a message. I googled Kessler & Chulsky, cant find them. I call credit pos back they cant give an alternative number or contact or remedy only saying we can set an new appointment?! Waiting a week to talk to legal was fine, not being given the correct info to reach them when you tout yourself as. Credit repair agency that I’m paying to simply the process and actively fix a false credit claim. The whole reason to her an agency like this is to have honest exchanges and clear up and settle an issue. Not be scammed and be given more of a run around. For an agency that is highly rated, I’m wondering how they got that rating.

After an hour on the phone I spoke with 2 specialists and paid for my credit report. Then I was informed I can’t sign up because of the state I live in. Why wasn’t I told that immediately after I verified my address within the first 5 minutes of the call? Either I was scammed out of a credit report fee and monthly membership of $39 if I don’t cancel in 7 days or this company is very unorganized. Hideous Predatory tactics. I’m over 50 and feel very taking advantage of. Of course nobody could assist me in canceling the membership. “I have no idea what you’re talking about.” Was the answer I got. I spoke with “Corrine” and “Leo” I will be pursing this further.

I used Credit Pros in the past before they became a larger company. Then, the service was more personal and you had actual qualified people taking the time to talk with you on how to work to improve the credit score. I was able to buy a house and it was great. Now, however, there is no personal touch. After 6 months of paying for the service I had yet to get a call back or talk with a qualified profrssional. When i called and askes what more i could do to help my credit, rather than coaching me on how to improve it their "customer retention " rep belittled me and told me I should know by now what I needed to do. It took me 3 days and over 3 hours on the phone in total to cancel the service. I left 5 messages and got bounced around 20 million times. I had high hopes for this service since I had such positive results in the past. Even referred several people who had positive results too. But never again....just the sheer fact their customer service sucks so bad now will be the reason I take my business elsewhere. Just a side note understanding it can take several months to clear credit is not the issue....it's clearly a matter of professionalism and customer service that turned me off.

Absolute worst! Horrible customer service! Lies, lies and totally ignore calls. Had to find Jason K in the New Jersey State bar and he was offended when I called his cell phone. His staff claimed he never talks to clients. While that was the only truth they probably told, this is a company that should be avoided at all costs. Hired them on the 4th they were still nothing done until the 21st. The next action would happen 52 days later, so that's two months of fees, if every go around happens in 52 days I think they have you in the hook for at least 2 years. Their sakes person said about thirty days to notice a major improvement!

I started with Credit pro 12-2015, my credit score was 749. After vantage 3 it was 711. I had an erroneous tax lien. I asked them to help me remove that tax lien. They said we can do even more. I said my score is already pretty good and woul be better with the lien removed. Well my credit score dropped to 606 when they start there blanketed letters to the credit bureaus. My credit score is now 665 and no where close to where it was sync the tax lien is still there. I have called to speak to a credit supervisor. No call. I have written notes in there portal. No call or email. They have a very good program but unfortunately the blanket system they use in my cas didn't work.

The company doesn't care about you. All they want is money. I signed up and they said I had a five days to cancel. We set up a time for a consultation. It was the very next day after I had signed up. They were 20 minutes late on their call to me. Then they let the phone ring once. When I answered they had already hung up. So they said it was my fault that I missed the call. So I called them back and got voice mail and said they would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. I called two more times that day and finally talk with a later and cancelled. She said I was cancelled and would get my money back. The sells person called me back 4 days later and said I couldn't cancel it was past the five days. He said they had never gotten a call back from me. That I never had talked with any one. That I was lying and they keep records of the calls and I never talked with anyone. I gave times and dates of when I called and could get them records from my phone company showing I called. He said I would call you back that day and see what he found out. That was 3 days ago. Still no call or money back. Tommy my sales person is a great man. I would run the other way. Mike Roberts with credit solution program had recommended the credit pros. So I would not use that company either.

When I canceled my subscription for a minute two weeks I signed back up I hit a rough patch. In my letters of disputes. They had sent out letters to the credit bureaus saying I accept responsibility for all the bad credit they were supposed to be fighting. When I called multiple people just said that’s weird it must be a mistake. The trust is GONE!!!

I reached out to the credit pros for general information about the company. After speaking to the representative, I informed him i would call him back if i decide to move forward. The next day I received multiple phone calls and text messages from them. I was so angry at them for not respecting my wishes. So, when i called and asked to be removed from the their call list. The representative was angry and disconnected my call. If anyone reads my review, my advice don't do business with them.

It's been all most $1000 spent with cp & nun to show. I've been with the company since January 2018 its now september. Someone from the company called to talk about the program at the end of the conversation I told them to cancel. Now here its September and they telling me they have no record of me doing so. They say 9 item where deleted its been 8 months. I feel bamboozled. Good help is really hard to come by even if u pay for it.

I’ve been with the company since June, 2017. It is now January, 2018. They have done nothing. I contacted them in in August and they had no idea who I was and thought I had just joined. Fast forward to December i shot out an email to their service team, again, no history. I have given them plenty of time to remove only one item that I had asked for. I asked for only ONE ITEM TO BE REMOVED. Still nothing to this day!! Stay away from this company!

They promised raising my score 100 pts. It only raised 3pts in 3months. They do not use FICO scores and are not even close to Fico scores. It has cost me $700 in 3 mo and they haven't done anything but what I have done myself It is way too much for this "service" Others only charge $200 and had better results. And as far as money back guaranteed That's a lie they won't give $ back and for $700 I should have more that 4 things deleted. on second round, I was told it would be another 2 -3 months. that would be over $1147 way to much, and no guarantee. IT'S A SCAM! save your money!

I have been paying $99 a month for about 6 months. My credit score has gone down. If I call to find out why, the attitude is condescending, and they tell me to apply for a credit card. I was a victim of identity theft and am at my wits end, 4 years later. What was taken off my report has been added back on. I do not get other letters, and have been sent emails telling me to get a credit monitoring service. I have told them each time I have one and who they are. Awful.

Just ended a phone call with this company. The Customer service rep, very rude. I asked what the first $19 payment was for and she could not give me an answer. I informed her that up front fees before providing services, is against the law. She seemed to became irritated with me and said she could have someone give me a call back to explain to me what the $19 fees is for. I if you are employed with the company, and you are the first person of contact and you can't answer that simple question, you are not a company I want to do business with.

Beware of this scammers, Once you give your card details you're dead, I spoke with the supervisor, when I said I'm gonna file a complain and dispute and I was asking for his name, he did not give to me because he was so scared. I was able to found out that he is Mr. Giglio scammer. he was so rude and hung up the phone on me. They Charged my card without notice that is illegal and Unauthorized. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I never had any changes to my report. I asked to cancel after 6 months of zero changes on my report. Now the last 4 months I've been charged 99$ every month on the 15th even after I canceled. I call them every month and tell them, "I have canceled please refund me." They have not refunded me yet but continue to charge to me. Now it's not a small amount of money and I'm starting to get upset. I've emailed Jason, no response. Whole thing is a Scam. Don't believe any good reviews here.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! THEY'VE GOTTEN ME FOR $700 DO FAR AND WILL NOT STOP THE AUTOMATIC DRAFT!!! Don't give them your bank account info. I have been a member for 5 months, and attempting for 3 months to have them stop the automatic draft. They have not done any work on my behalf. They ignore my calls and emails, and keep taking my money. They also promise you a score of 700+ in 3 months, and tell you that you will have access to all 3 reports and scores. I have never seen any of mine and my score is not 700 yet, and only increased from actions I did, not by them. This is a scam company.

Each time I had to wait at least 20 minutes just to talk to someone, as to what happen. I am totally disappointed with company. I finally had to stop service for lack of service.
