I signed up about two and a half yrs ago. I was excited about all the emails informing me of all of the negative items that was removed but I became skeptical when my credit score did not change and the only thing that was told to me is that they use other factors to update my score. I have paid these people $100 a month for a little over year and since I have not been using them all the items they said that was removed has returned back on my credit. No one could explained why. So keep in mind those negative items will return once you stop using them.

I have had this company for almost 6 months... they can't monitor ur score... I am paying the high end price.... They say things are removed so i pulled my credit and the same things that they said were removed was still on there... I have tried to cancel and they assure me they are doing what they can.... I will talk to the attorney again this week, he will either answer my questions or i am canceling.... I don't have money to be pissing away and if i am going to be paying what i am then i want positive results and if they are unable to do it then i will go else where where they can.

I hired Lexington Law over 10 months ago to get rid of old credit items, erroneous negative credit items, and to help with a Student Loan company that did not abide by the Service Member Civil Relief Act when I was deployed to Afghanistan. My wife and I paid over $2,600.00 but my credit score actually went DOWN. I am totally devastated and want my money back from these scammers. My bank told me that I was the third person that week she talked to who said Lexington Law ripped them off as well. My adivce is to stay away from these crooks. They said that they would not return my money.

I had a paid Lexington for three months and nothing was done, I got three things off my credit report which Lexington wanted a copy of, Lexington made it seem as if they took the items off my credit report and I told them that I am paying for something that I already did myself but yet they want to take the credit to make themselves look good. I told Lexington that I am very dissatisfied and I would never use their services again. More so that they are a rip off, all they were doing is stringing me along to keep paying them.

Lexington Law firm tells you that you may cancel at any time. However, they will still charge you the following billing cycle. The firm sent out letters on my behalf immediately, then charged me 99.95, which I agreed to. I had to cancel the account a few weeks later due to financial issues. A week after the cancellation, they charged me another 99.95. When confronted, they told me it was for work they had done on my behalf, even though I was never notified of this work.

I have been with LL for 2.5 months after reading everyones reviews it seems that they have gotten at least one negative off of there credit reports in most cases. I on the other hand have not gotten anything removed I dont know why. I am going to stay with them one more month and if i do not see any progress i will be switching to another company. you would think that such a "great Company" would show you progress to keep you coming back. results= more business. Good luck

I have to agree with most of the comments about Lexington Law. if they were not so slow they would make for a much better company. I had been with Lexington for over a year and when i cancelled my membership I still had 10 things remaining on my credit. SLOW, SLOW, SLow!!!!

I rate them a 1 because i canceled almost 2 months ahead of time and they continued to take payments out. I only had 2 items on my credit and ended up paying off myself to get the ball rolling. I dont believe there here to help you its all about the money and name. They said well i feel like we succeeded in helping you with your credit when they only sent papers out i paid the credit off. You guys are ridiculous and i will never go through anything like this again.

I had them for a whole year. I wanted them to negotionate a lower payoff. Paid them the full amount requested using income tax return. Because I paid the off early they still wanted to charge me a monthly service charge. On top of that they had not gotten anything removed. I withdrew my money from them. I did my part and felt they didn't do theirs.

Signed up with Lexington Law over 8 months ago- they immediately showed quick removals- unfortunately these items showed back up - I even supplied letters from the original creditor with aurthorization of removal- or proof of debts not being mine. When asking about this Ic was given the runaround - and told everything looks good on our end. it must be a website viewing error. I recently paid to get another copy of my Experian credit report- low and behold. ALL the items were still there. Great job - getting money for doing NOTHING

I have been with Lexington Law for 3.5 months. They told me I had a very simple case to work and should see results within 90 days. I understand that they can not guarantee results but they seemed so confident and had the best ratings. 3.5 months into it I have had 0 items removed. I dont know how much longer I need to be throwing away my money on the highest charging credit repair company.

Not Impressed and super high pressure. If you have a lot of money to spend every month while they take soooo long to do what they do then they maybe they are for you but I cannot afford to pay their monthly fee for a year while they do their thing. When you go to stop their service they will not take no for an answer. I would steer clear because I had to close my checking account to stop them from deducting their monthly fee from my debit card.

I am now approaching one year on my service with Lexington Law. In the beginning I had only one ding on my credit. THEY ARE VERY SLOW. The real sour I have with them is that I have to do all the chasing of information. They never call. I soon will approach 1000 dollars in costs to LL and nothing to show for it. I sometimes wonder if they know I am a client. Hard to know what to do as if I quit their service I dont know status of the file. I am frustrated with LL and would not use them or refer them.

I started with them 02/2012, I have to say that I am NOT very impressed with my credit score result. Fair to say they do their job, I have seem items removed from my report, but not at the speed you claimed on their advertise, nor their rep care any bit when i called them. They sound professional, sort of, but they don't sounds care, indeed, it's not their credit report.

FLAT OUT SCAM PEOPLE! 6 months and nothing resolved. Very crappy customer service. I cancelled early and they still billed me for an additional month saying work was done, yet I got a letter from credit card company saying wrong details were sent and not enough information required after six months of paying for this service. I only had 1 dispute less than $1400 and they couldn't solve the problem. FLAT OUT SCAM!

I started with Lexington Law back in August 2012. They have removed 17 negative items from my credit report yet my credit score has not went up at all. They are very slow. I am thinking about giving them the boot, but it looks like Lexington Law is the most creditable when it comes to credit repair. Will post again if it improves

Lied to me from the first phone call. Billed me for a "set up fee" then when nothing really happened other than getting the reports, I cancelled. I "still owed for the 1st month". None of this was stated in the first phone call. I was told that the first bill was for the first month. Then they suckered me in with the 1/2 price thing for another person. This firm is nothing but a racket.

I paid $99.99 a month for 6 month and nothing was removed!!!! They were writing letters to creditors, under my name, and could not even spell my name correctly...!I kept contacting them about their services, and I would always get the same answers. They take the same steps every month and hope for the best.I would not recommend this service to anybody. I did some research and I am addressing my creditors myself.

I have their service for 3 years. they have had a lot of things remove but i took the almost a year . a lot of thing remove was things that would have fallen off. they work hard but the service render is very slow. a lot of things i despited myself. other wise they are the best and most trusted company i can find out there right now.

they SUCK!!!!!dont wates your money they drag out the process month after month so they can keep charging you i was with them for six months and they did nothing they would get an item removed one moth and the next month it was right back on the report and when i called about it the rep told me well we have to take it to this level and if that dont work then we go to this level and so on just to keep getting the monthly fees so after six month of no improvement i cancelled and was not offered or giving a refund......dont waste your money

Wasted my $ & my time! 1. When I asked for advice about what action to take after i received a letter I personally sent (return to sender no forwarding address). The “paralegal” had no answer,. I requested a supervisor. Reply after put on hold was “they were busy w other clients”. I attempted 3 more times since and have been told the same answer. Call back. 2. The website login has never worked 3. I have been unable to make contact with my original “contact /sales”person. ( always a red flag). 4. I was quoted 5-7 business days to have “form letters” sent to my email. They weren’t sent after 10 business days. I called and complained and asked to be connected with the department responsible, “sorry we can’t do that was the reply. Please wait 5-7 business days for us to draw up the documents (which were form letters). Meaning with a blank underline to insert your name. That’s when I started to realize the scam. Shame on the rat fink “attorneys” running this shuck and jive operation.

I was referred to Lexington Law when trying to get ready to buy a house- I needed another 20 points. The customer service was good, but they disputed too many items at once, and subsequently my credit file with the bureaus was locked a month later and took a few months to get unlocked. I did not get a refund, but did cancel with them- I lost the house I had my eye on due the the credit files being inaccessible to my lender.

Lexington Law did help boost my credit score. They were helpful in responding to emails requesting them to send letters to ask a creditor to prove their credit report entry. I was very pleased when my account with them started; however, over time, the response time and attention to my account waned somewhat,
