I rated this a 7 because I do now know the extent how my credit score will improve in the long run. So far after only a month it went up about 28 points which is getting better

I used Lexington Law. All I can say is big waste of money. You are better off contacting your debtors and negotiating a settlement. Their strategy is simply this: To continue to "challenge" the debt you owe by sending out challenge letters each month. Basically this, if it will cost your debtors more time, money, paperwork, and headache then they will dismiss your debt. If not then you will end up paying it plus all the months of paying Lexington Law month after month. If you use them plan on about a 2 yr process at 100.00 a month.

I paid LexLaw $99/month for a year with no significant change in credit score. I gave them documentation on the most important account and they got nothing done on it. They sent letters to 3 creditors per month many of which came back to me showing they had sent it to the wrong address. When I complained they never responded. Useless company and complete waste of money.

It will take about 2 years to get everything done. If you expect everything done after 6 months, you will not be satisfied. After 2 years, you can keep service for $10-$15

The problem with Lexiington Law is that they do not explain that they do everything as though it is actually you. All of a sudden a ton of mail comes and then what? I hired a firm to help me on my behalf not to act as though it was me so that I would have to do a ton of leg work. If that were the case I would have saved my money and tried it myself. Very little was done and though letters were sent very little was removed. When I hire someone to do a job I expect that job to be done to my satisfaction. Unfortunately in this case I was extremely disappointed.

I downgraded my services to just the credit monitoring and owed one payment for the credit repair. In one day this company debited from my account 4 payments, two for the monitoring and two for the credit repair. This is an awful shame on this company and I am disputing the payments and making sure that it never happens again. Break the broke consumer even more should be the company motto.

Total waste of money. They provide you with letters to send yourself, and when you contact them to get straight answers, they have different people contact you back with the same exact answers, and run you in circles. Any credit repair review site that recommends these guys are surely get BIG kickbacks. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT GIVING THESE GUYS YOUR MONEY. Send it to me instead. I'm sure I can do just as well.

They were very slow. They don't fix hard inquiries, just give you the letters for you to mail them out after you're paying them premium considering what others charge, for a service you contracted them for; to fix your credit. I've had better and faster results in the past with companies such as credit attorney and credit repair. I won't choose this route again, now I know premium payment doesn't get you the service you'd expect.

I used their service perviously and may as well have smoked my money. They did nothing to help me. Never responded to letters - faxes or emails until I threatened legal actions and refused to refund money for services NEVER rendered. Had to have a disputed of charges filed with my credit card company for their fees which after arbitration i eventually won and my credit card company reversed the charge. The refund did not come from them. Do not use them - run -

This is by far the worst company for credit repair. I have been with them for 8 months with only 2 bad items removed. Do not use them. The only take your money. They remove items and items come back later on. You can do what they can do for FREE!! Save yourself the headache and money. Be aware, the just take your money. I wish I can give negative stars.

BIG RIP-OFF I hired Lexington law on January 13, 2014. It's already October 17 , 2014 and they have been disputing the same accounts over and over since January 2014. End up paying $1,000 got only 5 accounts removed, my score was not a big improvement. And when I called to cancel with them, they gave me an attitude, and not only that they when and charge my bank account $215.00 when i was due only for $99.95. Please don't waste your money on this company. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Regret hiring Lexington Law.

I just close my account with this company, due to they never honored an agreement of payment that I established with them, I lost $99.95+ $12.95+ $10.00 + $28.00, in less than a month, even though I contacted their CS dept twice to avoid charges in my account out of the stablished dates in two different occasions they make me look bad with my bank, and some of my creditors. I have the hope to fix my credit and this company just make me loose all the hope and credibility to that kind of service and lawyers.

I retained Lexington Law to get a SINGLE adverse entry from Capital One removed from my credit history. To date, all they have done is send out form letters to which neither Capital One nor the 3 credit bureaus have responded favorably. What's even more concerning than this: we're talking a SINGLE month - not an extensive history. If they can't get a SINGLE adverse entry removed, GOOD LUCK if you have an extensive history. If I had it to do over again, I would take the money (which Lexington Law is still helping themselves to) and hire local counsel.

They are slow and unorganized as far as there payment department. I would have one person on the phone say there would be no fee but then would see a charge on my bank account or would get no interaction but see a random charge on my account that is not the agreed upon charge. Also after you terminate their services your credit score drops drastically, like they erase any progress that they did while you were paying them, which I don't feel is right. I will DEFINITELY being going with a different company!

SCAM ARTISTS! THEY ARE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH ON THE PHONE, THEIR EMAIL REPLIES TO SPECIFIC QUESTIONS ARE VAGUE AND NOT RELEVANT TO THE QUESTIONS I ASKED. WHEN I TRIED TO FIND THE PROMISED "EASY TO UNENROLL" ON THEIR WEBSITE, IT DOES NOT EXIST. AFTER WAITING 25 MINUTES ON HOLD WHEN I CALLED THEM I WAS TOLD THAT EVEN THOUGH MY NEXT BILL WAS NOT DUE FOR TWO WEEKS, THEY WOULD CHARGE ME THE $99 ANYWAY BECAUSE "IT WAS THEIR POLICY". I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS WHEN I SIGNED UP AND IT IS LIERS AND THEIVES, STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I hope you have lots of time and MONEY. Does this sound like it makes sense. If you had lots of time and MONEY you would not need them. One more mistake it goes on and ON AND ON AND ON AND ON AND THE CHARGES GO ON AND ON AND ON AND ON AND ON. Get the message I could of and will do a better job than they did and will save money. Also after you cancell the contract they still gret you for more. PLEASE learn from this dont do it. I think the people that wright good reviews must be employed by this bad bad co. You will thank me if you take my advise or you will wish you did.

I paid $79 a month for almost 9 months, realized they had been charging me $99. They wouldn't refund it, just gave me an extra month of crap service. My friend and I both joined and both of our credit scores went DOWN!!!!!! I've recently looked at all of the garbage statements that they put on my dispute reports and it's embarrassing. I'd NEVER refer anyone to use this service!

I was a client of Lexington Law in 2013 In the beginning their sales pitch was great. I signed-up and paid them about 100.00 monthly. I began with about 9-11 negative items. during the course of appx. the next 14 months they only removed 1 item. I actually got more accomplished on my own with the credit bureaus. They did a bad job for me and would NOT recommend this company.

Absolutely horrible customer service on the phone; the wait times were 10 mins or more along with poorly trained professional help. I am absolutely disgusted with their inadequate services in regards to contract closings and fairly lame after the first few months. My score has not even changed and their probably not going to even attempt to satisfy my distaste in that. For the love of your bank account do not waste money and learn to write letters for your own credit sake.

This company made promises to me that they could not keep. I was a client for 9 months and my credit score only rose 22 points. I lost my house because they told me that they could get my credit to where I could refinance it through a bank. Then they denied saying that. When I asked them to go back and listen to the recordings, they told me that the did not say that. The only reason I gave them a 1 is that the did get my score to go from a 577 to a 599 in 9 months and $900.00 later. Thanks Lexington Law.

I was told I would be paying 50 dollars a month because of a Military discount. After almost 5 hours of my time I was then informed that I would be paying 200 a month for me and my Fiancé. The Company was completely misleading. I also lost out on 25 dollars because they sated it was nonrefundable. I paid 25 dollars for me to be told I misunderstood. In reality It was the salesman who didn't know what he was talking about. The Military discount is just 50 dollars your enrollment, not off each months bill.

I hired LL on. April 2013. Paying $79.99/months. They processes a lot of things but don't deliver to the clients. They will keep you in their letter exchange loop month after month to get your money. Do not trust them. I paid almost $1000 but there is no significant improvement on my case. Those who rights highly positive reviews for LL are bunch of scammers. I do not recommend Lexington law.

I was using Lexington Law for 5 months and I originally was impressed for the first 2 months. But then I realized and was confirmed by another credit repair company that this company only sends out 5 to 6 letters a month. So someone like me we 36 issues needing to be addressed would be financially bankrupt if I continued to use them. PLUS, my score never even changed. So, they got my $500 and I got screwed, big time!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM...... Trust me.

Tried the company a year ago for about a year. Only saw a few deletions. Went back to them and saw no deletions. They worked great in the beginning but I feel that they work great in the beginning to gain your confidence and money, then after you are comfortable and think they are working for you it slows down and get little to no results. I feel they do this to keep your money coming every month. Some people have great success stories but it didn't work for me or a few other soldiers that were also using them.

Started out pretty quick but after a few months they slowed down drastically. Last month no disputes were sent out. They aren't sending out that many disputes in the first place. Seems like a very lengthy process and the $100 a month isn't making it any better. Hopefully they pick up soon or I will be changing to a different Credit repair service.

I signed up with LL 5 months ago, 2 months into the process my credit score went from 530 to 600 where it stayed for three months and then started slipping. 3months into it I was hit with 2 payments (99 ea) in the same month and for three months it was a merry go round with billing, then last month they said it would slide, in the last month, I stopped getting reports, AND service. I called to cancel, they said I still owed them $99 and it was for a retainer(1st mo service). LL is like your worst nightmare! Good riddance!

The company only accepts automatic payments, and if you miss the draft date, then they charge you an extra $19.95 per month and begin the relentless multiple times per day harassment calls asking for money. I don't need to pay $120 per month to be harassed because I missed the autodraft date. Do your research, there are far better customer service driven companies out there, that actually care about you, and not just your monthly payment.
