Synchrony Bank services my Old Navy account and I had a 10K credit like with them that they reduced to $200 when the pandemic hit. I figured they want to reduce the risk to their business and reduced a bunch of credit limits for anyone they deemed "risky." Not a big fan of the bank or their services, but kept the card open for small purchases but it really doesn't offer much rewards that I would want to utilize. They need to take a page of the Amazon book and understand how to really run and operate a rewards program!

Bunch of jerks!!! If you got a card from one of their affilaites I suggest you refinance4 and close it right away. Never have I been treated so badly by a company for going just 5 days past my due date. Sometimes a few days is going to happen just because of paydays - they don't get that. Rude people on their phones.
