I wish I could give them ZERO stars... AWFUL customer service! Long wait to get to speak to an actual person, and then the guy had such a strong accent that it was hard to understand him, and he apparently didn't understand what I needed. I purchased furniture, using a 5yr no-interest store card that is Synchrony Home. The furniture was supposed to be delivered right away, and a month later I was told it was back-ordered two more months. The store returned the furniture, canceling the order no problem but told me that I had to call Synchrony directly and gave me an invoice showing it had been canceled. Synchrony said I still needed to make payments on this furniture that I NEVER got, and they would send me a check in the mail IF there were any overages????? Why should I make a payment on something I DO NOT HAVE and then wait to get my money back???? He wouldn't give me an email, fax number, or even the correct department who handles that to give to the furniture store WHO told ME to call them in the first place! Too bad the left and doesn't know that the right hand is about to slap the customer... and they've lost my business.

I had a few credit cards from Synchrony let me tell you, I will cancel every one them from the ones they did not cancel but lowered by limit for no reason. I had a Mastercard always paid on time and paid off every month. Only had it for about 6 months and they lowered my limit from 1100 to 250? They canceled my Amazon because if didn't use for a few months. AVOID this bank entirely.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I used some of my OTHER credit cards at Christmas time.. so that dropped my credit score.. THIS bank decided to check my credit AGAIN without my permission and dropped my credit limit so it looked like I had 97% of my card used!! It cut my limit in more than HALF!! I’ve paid EVERY payment EARLY and above my minimum payment! I’ve NEVER in my life had a company DROP my credit limit!! I will be getting rid of this card ASAP!!

Did not like them at all. Actually I had never heard of this Bank until I bought a Dishwasher from Big Sandy Superstore and they apparently used them for the financing which I did not know and they told me I would get a bill with a payment book in the mail never got one then got a phone call they were going to send me to collections if I didn’t make a payment? I tried to pay it off over the phone with my credit card and they would not except it so I had to go to my bank do a cashiers check to this bank overnight to pay it off caused me so much anxiety I told them to never call me again and inform Big Sandy of this. They stated they have never heard of them doing customers this way. Would not recommend doing any business with this Bank at all.

Don’t like them we pay our bills every month on time but they refuse to give credit when needed. And my partner has credit but when l apply they refuse can’t wait to pay them off so l can close those account try some one else for credit cards or loans

Wow, what a terrible company. I was briefly a customer of theirs several years ago. This was back when I was trying to establish credit. I didn't have any problems with the card its self but the customer service was WORST in class. It didn't take me long to understand that they view customers as trash and a waste of their time. I cancelled the card I had with them (sams club at the time) and from that day foward, I refuse to do business with this trash of a company.
