We use the Alaska Airlines bank of america card. I like the card itself. But I usually don't look forward to trying to get done anything on their website. It is a pretty poor user experience. However, the mileage plan is great and we build up miles so fast. We have gotten quite a few free flights. Great deal!

This company has never try to work we me on trying to fix my credit problems. They only exploited me. I had been with them for over 2 decades and not once have they offer me the opportunity to have a successful card with them. With them I was never good enough. I applied with Capital One and no result. Turn me down flat.

Care about their customers try to help every way they can so you will stay a loyal customer
3% rebates on gas, 2% at grocery stores, no annual fee. If you have a problem, they don't do a good job fixing it.
They have discrepancies/uncertainties in their definitions of the debit card use that allow them to play dirty games. You need to monitor your account constantly because they can apply a $35 fee when you expect it the least. You can never relax.

Vacationing in Mexico and called BOA 2 separate times to ensure my BOA debit/cc would work for purchases and was assured it would. I arrived in Mexico only to find out that it did not and was flagged for security after I notified them prior to leaving! Multiple calls, emails without resolution until I returned home. Worst service ever - BOA left me without cash or any way to make purchases the entire week I was abroad. No explanation, no apologies.
They were the only bank that did not close my account when I lost my house (back in 2009), they lower my credit limit and they gave me great 0% to pay off my creditors
Just a few issues. Alwaysmling lines at the actual bank itself. And if I transfer $$ from savings to checking to much I get charged. Other than that I really have no issues. The online banking app is easy to use and a good tool for tending to $$.

I was told I was a high risk account and they closed my account which I JUST opened yesterday on line. I went through a divorce and bankruptcy and just trying to get my financial life back in order and they are not willing to help. Also, I made a deposit of $500 (Sounds Risky right) to get my account started and they are holding my money until the 17th...So I am done with them forever...
