AT&T struggles with cell coverage. They got big because they were the original phone company, and then had the iPhone for a while. However, their coverage kind of sucks and they are not cheap.

Edit 3/23/23: I put in an official dispute through the AT&T website. I recieved a call from the office of the president today. They are honoring our promotion and talking to all groups concerned to address my type of issue going forward. The Lady also gave me her phone information to correspond about this issue if needed. I couldnt have asked for a quicker or more honorable response.

Terrible company. They send in-home experts to your home to give you a great deal, and then you realize that you were scammed pretty bad. I was a very happy T-Mobile customer for 6 years with $140 for 5 lines. When I get ATT Internet, an ATT agent came and gave me $132 (total after all the taxes and charges) for 4 lines deal. I switched it, but it turns out he was lying. The monthly bill is indeed about $200. When I call call center, they say I "misunderstand" the deal. How convenient. Good scam. Very rude and terrible customer service, too. STAY AWAY!!!

Bunch of criminals working at the AT&T warehouse. I sent back my trade in phone, a Note 10 in mint condition, and months after I never see the credit on my bill, they tell me they didn't receive my phone, instead the received some old flip phone. And now I lose on $800. Case #CM20230118_155626478 was created and final outcome was that I lose on on $800 because AT&T has criminals working in their warehouse

Shame on AT&T for lieing to their customers and shame on Sam's club for letting them burn their customers. I have 7 phone lines and was paying 320 with Tmobile and Esperanza (sales person at Renaissance location in Albuquerque, NM) told me I'd pay way less with AT&T because I was a Sam's customer. Still not seeing that discount on my bill, they gave me crap Samsung 21 fe phones for $700 and she told me payments were $5 a month no there $20. She burned me so bad payments per line are higher insurance is higher. My bill is way more then $320 with AT&T. No stars if I didn't have to put one.

Was not the best experience, but they are okay by comparison. When I used their product, my rate would arbitrarily rise. The company I use now has promised my lower rate being permanent where it is.

This company is ridiculous they will not work with you bottom line they just want money after adding on all kinds of fees they do not cater to the handicap or seniors. They take advantage of seniors they tell them everything we can do for you and they give you nothing but a heartache. And shame on you if you have to go to the hospital and get behind there are no programs for the handicap or for seniors when you sign up they tell you there is then when you need them you find out that there is it. Shame on your AT&T

AT&t is a joke for one thing I have no income in poor credit and they gave me a very expensive cell phone and reassured me it would come in in my area which it didn't and I returned it right away and they charged me way out of line money just for opening the box now how am I going to know that it doesn't come in in my area unless I open the box I'm not paying anything and I think they suck also I was reassured by one of their member service members that this would matter was going to be resolved and it isn't

I just started with AT&T paid my first bill. I had to go out to the store in Fort Wayne Indiana to pay my bill. The people there are very rude disrespectful and act like they don't want to wait on you. They want to know if you have cash or credit card I always pay with cash and the guy was looking at his phone as he was trying to wait on me. I am very upset with these people and I'm thinking of going back to my own company. Do not go to AT&T to get a phone

Trying to transfer my fathers phone number to a different phone within AT&T. Because he can’t remember his PIN number his number can’t be saved. After waiting on hold to speak with a supervisor twice for over an hour I finally gave up. Not mention hours spent in the local AT&T store without results. I don’t know AT&T can stay in business with such poor customer service.

VERY long hold times listening to ads. Multiple transfers that are actually disconnects, so one gets to start over again. You will be on hold for five to fifteen minutes till a rep picks up and you re-explain the problem so they can transfer you. After ELEVEN DAYS and after talking to at least 15-20 reps we had one single att rep actually accomplish one part of what we needed done. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They give you such a good deal when you first sign up but it's only good the day you sign up. Afterwards my bill is so high, it's ridiculous. Trying to get customer service over the phone is also extremely tough. They couldn't resolve anything for me and told me to go to a store front. Even at the store, it took them a while to help with my issues and it's resolved on location but once I get home, the same problem occurred again.

Their support is terrible. They will keep you hanging for literally hours at a time. They charged me for service they did not provide. They continued to charge my account after they had assured me that they had closed my account. They made my hours miserable, and they made my days dim. They are still harrassing me months after my account was closed and all my bills paid--even the ones for which I received no service. I finally refused to stop paying, and now they have set collections on me.

Not much I like. The cell service is weak. They promised Directv access to your cell. It rarely works. They don't offer hotspot with the service package overall. There's an extra fee for this service when others include it in theirs. Their customer service is under average at best.

I've been using AT&T forever. Why? Only because I'm too lazy to switch. Otherwise, I'm not too thrilled. The company has changed plans and not notified me to where I'll only realize I can sign up for a better updated plan because I had to personally take the time to look into it. All phone companies have their cons, I just wish AT&T would be more honest and forward with their customers.

Worst customer service ever. Can it get any worse? Guess I'm going to find out. Bought direct tv and touted one bill. Sadly one bill is beyond their skill set. Pray that you don't need technical help. But.... saving the best for last ..... they charge you a lease fee every month for your Direct TV equipment but when it breaks they claim you own it and have to pay an exorbitant repair fee.
