AT&T has been my provider since I have had a phone! I love that they have special deals where you can exchange your new phone for an old one at cheaper prices! I also love that it almost goes anywhere and the I can have service out in the Rocky mountains.

I currently have AT&T as my wireless provider and I'm really not very happy with them and I'm considering changing. First of all, they have NO CLUE how to process auto pay. Auto pay shouldn't be tricky at all!!!! It should automatically take money out of the debit card that is on the account at the time the payment is due. That should be simple. But apparently it's not. After I switched to AT&T and set up autopay, I received a text message and an email saying that my autopay was processed. They took the money out of my account and then they put it back in my account a few days later, claiming that I was late on my payment. It's very annoying when they offer a discount to customers who use autopay, but they have no idea how to process autopay properly. Since I don't trust them with autopay, I'm manually making my payments, so I don't get any discounts at all. But I can't trust them to process my autopayments at all!!!!! You'd think that a huge company like AT&T could handle figuring out how to process autopayments, but sadly they can't. My best friend has cell phone service with AT&T and they allow her to upgrade her cell phone when she's paid for half of what is due on her current cell phone. AT&T refuses to let me upgrade until I've paid off my cell phone in full. They don't treat all customers fairly or the same.

I've been with AT&T since the iPhone came out. Service has improved significantly over the years. I've always received great customer care. Last time I got the best care of reducing my bill based on my usage and discounts. Awesome. My son uses AT&T and I recommend to my friends and family. Wish for more towers. I do get spotty service in places.

We switched to AT&T to find better cell phone coverage and we have not been disappointed. We have experienced few dropped calls and with a discount from work, the service is affordable. We have had difficulty working with some of the sales people in the stores, they are not so friendly or service oriented. They act as if they have plenty of customers, who cares if they upset one or two.

Price could always be better. Called to tell them we wanted to leave because of price and they basically price matched us the amount Tmobile gives you for unlimited data which we didn't have. Now we have unlimited data at the same price we were paying when we only had 15 gigs.

They have very competitive rates, their customer service is great, and the calls are always clear and crisp. I changed companies a few times trying to save a buck, but I always end up coming back to AT&T. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family! GOOD JOB AT&T!!

I have had AT & T as my phone service for several years. Recently I have had a lot of trouble with calls cutting in and out. I know we have had a lot of growth in our area and I wondered if that could be the problem. I called AT & T and they were great to work with. I did some price comparing when I first started having these problems but realized that I'm getting a pretty good deal with AT & T. They did fix the problem and I have much better reception now.

Working out the bugs is frustrating. The product is good when it's working. The techs seem to be friendly, intelligent about the product but held back by the I eternal workings of the support process. Far too many layers for the techs to have to deal with just to get what needs to be completed. Work on reducing the layers and I think your support could be top notch.

The Day B4 Thanksgiving my phone decided to LOSE SERVICE. I called AT&T Customer Service and was told of an outage in my area and also got cut off every time I was in process of phone call with a rep to discuss my issue. I went to my local store and was told a NEW SIM CARD is my issue. Had it 2 weeks now and seems to be working well...... The fact that I spend $60 /month for service and deal with this situation is unbearable. Should any more issues arise I will be switching service.

AT&T has been fine. My family has used them for the past six years. Service has been good everywhere we go, but customer service is disappointing. We especially were disappointed with our recent trip to Europe - we went to the AT&T store to get our international plan set up, and the employee was very clear that we would be getting just as much data and service as our domestic plan. When we got abroad, we found that reality was very different. It sucked. And AT&T wouldn't do anything to help us. Bummed, but their day-to-day service for us is fine, so we stay with them.

I have been with AT&T for the last 12 years. We have only had problems like twice in that time, so that is not bad. The service is really great, I rarely have issues with service issues and call drops. We get an amazing price because of when we signed up. I wish they had an unlimited data option, but we do have a lot of data to share.

Have had my cell service with AT&T for over a decade. Service is strong everywhere I've been. The addition of other international services being included is super helpful for travel especially to Mexico and Canada. Only complaint is you have to inquire about there new programs or they keep you on your old plan. Often times you can get cheaper service with more/unlimited updates just by asking. Worth speaking with them once a year to see if you can save

I'm been a long time customer of AT&T for my cell phone service, my husbands and our two son's. With phone calls AT&T has always been very helpful in keeping our bill low, in letting us know the latest discounts, the latest programs. And not only is the service helpful but the phone signal and reception works very well. I think it is the best cell phone service. Before this when I had 18 employees I had all of my sales people on AT&T. My sons have gone to school out of state and the service has worked very well where they live too. I'm very pleased.

My experience with AT&T is pretty good for the most part . One of the things that I don't like is when you call in to speak to a live person it takes what seems like forever. AT&T is among the higher priced mobile phone service providers but you often get what you pay for in this industry. I have previously been with Verizon (the most expensive) and T-Mobile (less expensive, but poor coverage). AT&T has a robust and reliable network with good speed. As someone who travels for work, it is comforting to know that my phone will get a connection all over the U.S., something I could not count on with T-Mobile.

But when they finally figured out what the cause was, they approved O.T. so they could get it repaired once and for all.

My family and I were AT&T users for a number of years. Let's be real, the more providers there are, the higher they need to make their cost. This is why we left AT&T. We found a better deal through Verizon and we have had them for quite sometime. As you are researching, make sure to look into the perks of AT&T and also into the negative effects. This will provide you with valid data as you make your decision of which provider to us. Sadly, I have had poor communication with customer service and feel that it has a long way to go before being super efficient. Look into monthly fees, hidden fees, annual fees, and then decide if you think it will be good for you.

AT&T has been a consistently trustworthy phone provider. During my travels abroad, I wasn’t even charged any international fees. This is super helpful considering I leave the country a lot. They are always readily available on the phone if I have any questions, and for that I am grateful. Data is usually reliable, and my friends that don’t have AT&T are often jealous of me when my service is better than theirs. I am very pleased with this company as a whole, and I would recommend to anyone.

I checked my account on line and I had a credit that should be refunded. 4 months later I'm still waiting for that refund. On 8/7/2023 I called AT&T and I was told yes there is a refund, but he has to connect me to another department. I had to explain my problem 5 times and stay on the phone for 1:07 Hour and gues what I was not done. Nothing happend. It is so easy for AT&T to get your money, but it is so hard for them to refund any over payment. That is AT&T.

Recently switched to AT&T wireless. Service is par, but their billing is freaking horrible. Customer service is non-existent - wait times are atrocious and if you sign up through Sam's Club you will be told your activation fee will be waived. But it WILL NOT BE WAIVED. Ive been told by many to not go with AT&T specifically because of their horrible customer service, but I figured try them for myself and make a decision. They were right...don't do it, promises will not be kept and our 1st month bill for two wireless lines that WE brought the phones to is $235.54 - insane. Chatting with incompetent representatives, and was told to wait for a manger. Well it has been 45 minutes to "chat" with a manger so far and counting...be wary people, be very wary. I made a horrible decision switching to AT&T and will be leaving as soon as possible.

My wife and I decided to upgrade our phones because AT&T had a special where we would get $800 for each of our phones at trade in. On the AT&T app at checkout all we had to pay up front is the sales tax per IPhone 14 Pro Max which was $82.50 x 2 which was $167. We are AARP members so the upgrade fee was waived. We checked out and got a confirmation email, everything is sunshine and rainbows. In the middle of the night I get an email that there is a problem with my payment method, we went with an AFFIRM virtual card because we’re retired and the only way we could afford the sales tax is in payments. I contacted AFFIRM and they said AT&T put the $167 on hold THEN charged ANOTHER $82.50 which the virtual card only had $187 available. I contacted AT&T and no one could explain to me why the additional $82.50 was charged, and to resume the order they wanted me to pay ANOTHER $82.50! I told them no thanks and requested them to cancel the upgrades. My wife’s phone had already been shipped but they couldn’t cancel my upgrade because my order hadn’t shipped. I was told that to return my wife’s upgrade I’d have to take the package to an authorized AT&T store, which is a 30 minute drive one way or refuse the package from FedEx. So I refused the package and took a picture with the FedEx driver for proof. I complained to the Better Business Bureau at one point. The next day I received a voicemail from “Anthony from the office of the president”. I immediately returned the call but got his voicemail. I tried the next day several times, still got his voicemail. On the third day I tried one more time and actually talked to him. He listened and told me he would get back with me, but he never did…shocker! It Took AT&T about a week with me calling and also using the chat every day to get the refund for my cancelled phone. As for the refused phone, an AT&T associate said it was MY responsibility to prove the refused package had returned to AT&T. A package that I had never had in my possession! I contacted FedEx and acquired the information. After nearly two weeks of daily chats and phone calls my wife and I finally received all the funds back. The trade in $800 credit has expired, so even if we wanted to try again the deal is over. I highly recommend avoiding AT&T wireless, they do not care about the customer whatsoever!
