I fought for about a year with the customer service down to the sales people who were on my side but never was taken care of . I left the company and also dropped my Direct Tv also cause they were owned by the same people.

Expensive and service does not work everywhere. Switch to xfinity and you may get a better phone for a lot less a month. Customer service is not consistent which is unfortunate. One agent almost told me to switch if I wanted to so I did!

Cost is a bit high but it does work and it does stay connected. If you are not bundled it can get very costly. I have 4 phones and internet with them.
