I purchase a used vehicle in 2019 and an extended warranty with Complete car, the same year. I made a claim 9 months later and it was instantly denied, my policy was canceled, and left without a vehicle or specific explanation. I am a disabled widow with 2 young children. I have cried myself to sleep for the past 2 weeks. I have no recourse and the company will not respond to my calls or emails.
