Was super easy, car was exactly what we were promised. I would recommend that you read ALL the Info from the owner, toy are responsibe for thing with the car and if you dont realize it, you will be paying for those things

Easy to find local vehicles, and super simple to sign up book and contact owners. I was skeptical as a first time user but I was eased and relaxed with how the platforms worked. I wish you had some more options for filtering like make model etc or even vehicle classification but other than that it was a great experience.

While most of the features are great, it wasn't user friendly. The app shut down on me every time I wanted to check in both of the vehicles I've rented. I was unable to upload the necessary photos. I had to email them to myself and upload from my laptop. Every time I tried to sign out of the app, to try to fix my problem, it required to send me a new code and to reset my password. On the desktop, there is not an easy place to LOG IN. I had to use a link through my email. It was very inconvenient for me. The actual pick up and drop off was easy and convenient, prices are fair, but that was the ONLY positive part of my 2 Turo experiences.

The price was right ,but not worth the aggravation Took over 30 minutes to get picked up from airport. Took over 30 minutes to get back to airport after dropping off car. Finding the car was an adventure.The inside of the car was a joke. Torn seat covers etc. The instructions for all things related to the rental were sketchy. Having to take 8-10 pix of the inside and outside of the car in the rain was a royal PIA. Hidden charges applied at conclusion of rental. Customer service was zero when I complained and in fact when the Turo representative(Michael) in Phila. became aware of my negative review, he told me he wrote a negative review about me. Another joke. NEVER AGAIN. PAY THE EXTRA MONEY.

Thought the requirements were a bit too much. In the past I have photographed the vehicle in the spot it was left for me and in the spot I left vehicle at end of trip. I had to take over 30 photos for this reservation. The time it took to get all this done did not make it worth my time to have not rented from Enterprise.

First of all I did not get the Auto I was suppose to get. When I got my Auto was very disappointing it was very dirty in and out. It says to have the Auto car wash before returning we refuse to do. Then we had trouble with this Auto the front was coming off so they replace it with another Auto got also dirty in and out. Return auto with full tank but no car wash. So with all the trouble we had the owner gave me $10 refund. This was our first experience. Hope you will make it better. You have good prices. Thank you

Overall, a great experience. The one issue I had was related to the destination pick up and drop off. I wanted to pick the car up at one location and drop it off at a different location. The app couldn’t accommodate my request. However, I was able to resolve the issue with the host.

First time using Turo. Very convenient. Guy was nice, helpful. Was convenient, but was just as expensive vs Hertz, and I would have had a newer, cleaner car with the latter. I might use again, but it will be pretty infrequently, as the benefit of location are not always worth the cost.
