Could not make my trip do to Covid, tested positive before my flight, thought it was the flu. No refund without 72 hour notice. Have had flight cancellations and the same thing no refund of any kind even though they rent your room out.

Priceline made unauthorized charges on my card for a hotel I never booked. I called and asked them to remove the charge and they refused, sent me the incomplete web form I had started filling out before booking elsewhere. This is theft, pure and simple. Do NOT book through Priceline!

They canceled my flight arbitrarily. I paid extra for a convenient flight time. Now they are offering the inconvenient time at the same price. Cutting my 6 day vacation down to 4 and giving me red eye flights. no compensation or refund.

Horrible. I booked a 2 night stay in orlando. The hotel agreed to refund cancel reservation due to injury and Priceline is keeping the money. Foreign call center employees are rude, horrible and can't comprehend anything. I was a faithful priceline user since 2003 never again. Do not use them.

Went onto the app to purchase a couple of hotel dates. My card was charged but no confirmation email/info was ever generated. Contacted customer service and they were no help at all. Telling me that no payment was ever taken but my bank account says otherwise. Terrible!! Will never use them again.

terrible Priceline was unwilling to cancel or offer any credit to my auto rental due to not being able to go to a funeral over COVID due to new york restriction. The other companies I used to get the hotel and flights were able to cancel. I will not be using Priceline again. Please use Expedia

Never would i recommend PRICELINE OR AGODA. the entire country is shut down and they refuse it give me a refund. EVERY other company or hotel has fully refunded their customers but NOT PRICELINE. They won't even respond or contact their customers, if they have no compassion during COVID times then they deserve NONE of our time once this is over

I will never book through Priceline again. I cancelled my cruise over a month ago. My money has still not been refunded as promised. You can't talk to anyone at all and you certainly can't get any help online. This is the worst agent period. Terrible customer service. Just Rotten

I will never use Priceline again! They gave me wrong information about a hotel room and they have been “investigating” for 36 hours now even though they said it would take 24-48 hours. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never use them again! I will call the hotel directly... expensive lesson learned the hard way!

I booked a hotel with them. They gave me the wrong check in dates and did not want to issue a refund. They didn't even send me a receipt with the appropriate dates. I called them about the issue and they said there was nothing they could do. Totally unreasonable. Never book a hotel with them.

I booked an Express deal. The hotel I got was in no way similar to the possibilities listed. They were nice well known hotels. I got an old dirty run down dump. Bait and switch. I complained- they said too bad. No changes even though they misrepresented what I was buying

They are scammers...terrible customer service and do not respect the costumer right to be satisfied...refused refunds required by federal law and threatened to penalize me if I complain or ask for my money back....and when I did my credit card info was given to the hotel who charged me 171 dollars in bogus fees not mentioned in the policy

I feel like I am gambling when I use Priceline. I just want a nice room. When I use Priceline I don't know if I am going to get one. I also wish they let you search by indoor pool, not just pool.

Have been very disappointed with Priceline their star ratings are NOT accurate especially when comparing the same hotel locations with other sites. We ended up staying in a really gross hotel because of this and they were. It willing to help us out AT ALL. Buyer beware!!

I've used priceline but I don't like the way you have to bid on properties. Honestly it's too much trouble and I was better off just gong to a site that lists the prices and paying up. Now, once I got the hotel it was fine.
