Priceline is awful! They will lie to you like it is nothing. Kept saying they were calling the hotel and that the hotel was unable to give me a refund, but when I called the hotel said no what they told Priceline is that Priceline owns the reservation so they would have to process the refund. Oh also found out that when you book with Priceline hotels charge Pricelines "credit card" not yours. That is why the hotel can not just refund you! Horrible just horrible. Save yourself the trouble and book directly with the hotel or use Expedia.

I filed a complaint with the BBB on this. I was charged $247 per person just to re-book a flight 1 day earlier because the US MILITARY changing our sons boot camp graduation date. This is not supportive of US MILITARY families and an unethical business practice. We contacted American Airlines who said we should have called them and they would have gladly "without any fees" changed our flight. PRICELINE needs to do right by people. This was dirty, unfair, and on the verge of illegal.

No transparency with “taxes and fees”. When I asked for a breakdown I was told it’s based on their profit margin. This company is unethical and unlawful. Customers are treated disrespectfully and there is no true manager to speak to about issues. How can a company charge a customer for a tax and not be able to provide the actual tax rate? How can a fee be charged without actually providing information about what the fee is? Don’t trust Priceline. Don’t use Priceline. They have no regard for their customers and are scamming people out of money for to meet their profit margins.

I have used Priceline for years without a problem, but their current customer service and hotel ratings leave much to be desired. They may as well not offer customer service it would be more satisfying knowing there isn't any help than being disconnected by one agent and receiving no help from another. My 3 star hotel deal was not a 3 star hotel deal The hotel was not well maintained or cleaned. Have you ever had a shath? The shower runs while you have a bath. The air conditioner sounded like an ice machine and the restaurant closed hours earlier than the posted hours.

I booked my honeymoon through Priceline, and I specifically picked the option for All Inclusive since we didn't want to worry about anything. I thought paying extra was worth it. Surprise came when we got to the hotel and the front desk told us it wasn't all Inclusive. I called Priceline and no one was able to help. They advertised something and didn't delivered. I'm never booking with them again. Worst experience ever.

If I could give them a negative 10 review I would! Horrible experience and horrible customer service. I booked a room and arrived at the hotel…the hotel was seedy smelled or weed and urine; hotel management agreed with me, but could not give my money back since it was booked through Priceline. I called Priceline and advised and they let me know there was nothing they would do…nothing. I will NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN!

Don’t book with them! Worst customer experience ever! They gave me a credit in may for my flight cancellation and I tried to use that credit to book a flight now, called priceline and no one seems to know what happened to my credit and keeps telling they going to scale the issue or put me on hold. At this point they can keep that money! It’s no worth the hassle but they just lost a customer.

Booked a non refundable hotel room in Brookfield, Wisconsin for 5 days! What a dump for a hotel rated 8.2 …Sonesta Brookfield, Wisconsin hotel. Smelled of mold throughout the hotel. Many amenities missing and or not functional. Talked to Priceline as the smell was making me nauseous! Of course, not their problem. No acceptable resolution was offered. Just a repeat of their non refundable policy. Don’t let this company screw you. Pay a little more and have a happy vacation! Actually her for a funeral for my niece.

We booked a car through their website but apparently they can't figure out how to have all the details of a car rental on their website so the car we booked had travel restrictions, thus we had to book a car at a different place for more money $$$$ and it's a smaller vehicle. And they can't see how they're not at fault. Oh, and customer service sucks. There number does Not connect you to priceline costumer service. What is up with that? Site is not even easy to use. It just keeps getting worse by the minute. Just don't use priceline.

Stay far away! We booked a trip to Costa Rica. We had a vague charge on our CC in addition to our flights, so we disputed it. But because the charge (which I still don't know what was for) was related to our trip, they canceled our entire trip. I don't remember signing away that right. They never even emailed us to notify us they canceled it, never responded to the dispute, and never refunded the cost of our flights. Now I am out $5K and out a trip I was suppose to leave on in 4 days.

You're putting your customers in uncertain situations when traveling to unknow places due to your false price and room type advertising. Absolutely disgusting! At the time of booking you should show the actual rooms that the customers will actually receive not something else. This is not only deceiving but false advertising too!

I signed up online to pay $54 a day for a little car, then after I hit the button to pay, the rate jumped up to $106 per day. Plus, they have a no-cancellation policy. So, I am stuck paying twice the rate I had agreed to. What Priceline does should be illegal, if it isn't. My recent experience with Priceline was terrible! I tried to book both car rentals and airline tickets on their site, filled in all the required information, clicked on "Complete Reservation", and it simply would not process. I tried it several times, to no avail. There is no phone support or online chat support unless you've already successfully made your reservation...and you can't make the reservation by phone. A completely frustrating process! How can they even stay in business with this kind of insensitivity to customer satisfaction?!

Terrible service!!! Unwilling by all means to please a client. The app design will lead you to scam deals where you get (without previous disclosure) a tiny-bunk “airplane bath size” room with a twin bed with no guaranteed chance for accomodation upgrade. This is something that no other travel agency has ever done to me for a 3+ star hotel deal. I had nightmares after several attemps with around five (5) different service representative for them to fix the issue. Got nothing but false apologies.

Booked a van (paid in full in September) through Priceline in September 2021 to use March 2022. Received a call from rental agency two days before travel, they did not have the van available. Further, they do not rent vans. Priceline advertised, booked and took money for a van that did not exist. After 2 hours waiting, Priceline offered to refund the money, not find me a van. So a day before travel, I am looking for a suitable replacement. Never again with Priceline. Do not waste your time.

Instead of renting car from them rent its with your other local provider. If I could no stars I would. These people told me if I canceled, even though it was within just the hour of making a reservation, that I would still be charged the hotel fee of $193.96 ——-so even though I canceled, I still have to pay for the reservation—full price. Now how lowdown and dirty and is that. I explained that my Covid-19 test came up positive and I didn’t know that when the reservation was made. I had been exposed but had no symptoms. And these people had the nerve to tell me I couldn’t get a refund even if I canceled.

Priceline does not respect his his quotation and even prepaid payment. Recently, I ordered rental car through paceline in Toronto. When I went rental location they overcharged me 75$. I contacted Priceline and they did not respond. Economy Car rental as per clients review is cheating and overcharging people and Priceline supports them. So it means they are in the same board. I had financial loss of personal items at a hotel and Priceline would not give me any financial compensation other than to offer a site unseen 15% coupon if I agree to it on the phone without emailing me anything that I could read. My losses included medication just under $50 as well as numerous food items that were destroyed by freezing because they maid decided to try defrosting the freezer that was frozen solid by actually turning the freezer colder and all food was frozen and medication frozen and ruined.

Worst company I have worked with. Don’t go third party if you can help it. Their non-refundable policy is unacceptable. We got upgraded to a car that was much larger than the car we ordered. Ended up not working out for us and was more of a hassle than a help. We returned the car the same day. Even though Dollar would refund us the money for the unused days, Priceline refuses to refund the money since the policy is non-refundable. We will never be booking through Priceline again. The Priceline app is a scam. I went to Priceline to book a hotel for 4 nights. There were choices among Standard Room ($79, flexible), King Suite ($84 =higher rate, flexible), King Suite ($81, nonrefundable). They deceived me into booking the King Suite, nonrefundable just to tell me that the hotel’s Standard Room is King Suite. I do not recommend this company, a cancellation was made for a hotel stay which they never processed due to an apparent error in the system as I was told by their senior agents. I think that priceline ha to implement gentle exception to policies for reservations that are made in the wrong city of a state. After repeated. request to speak to customer service agents there was an intense refusal and lack of understanding for any mistakes in the reservation process. It seems that the hotel/motels and priceline are both supporting each other at ( keeping the money with no alterations in reservations at) the expense of the customer . When we arrived, the hotel advised that breakfast and the hot tub have both been shut down since the pandemic began. Since it was prepaid, the hotel said that could do nothing.
