Not using Priceline again. Naively believed Priceline would provide good deal for hotel based on advice from Captain Kirk. Huge price markup. No option to cancel or refund. Customer service is awful. If you like wasting money, Priceline is the site for you.

Really poor service, I booked a hotels package and they were not responsible for a system bug. When I arrived to the hotel I had to pay an additional room at the highest price and Priceline did not assume any responsibility. I will not use Priceline.com anymore.

Reserved hotel had broken elevator so we couldn’t get seniors in wheelchair to their room. No ground floor rooms available. Had to stay elsewhere. Price refused to refund or give credit, but offered a coupon for next stay. Forget that!!

False advertisement on hotels!!! Horrible refund policy! I have asthma and the hotel was a smoking hotel when I was told it was non smoking! Could have put me in the hospital! I spent the two nights in my car!!! I am considering legal avenues because I couldn’t even stay in the hotel & they would not refund me even a partial refund

Due in part to their misleading information, I was charged an additional fee and was told that I’d have to wait 5 days to find out why. Following the call, I received an email saying I’d have to wait 10 days.

Book the room With full sea view and paid as nonrefundable. Once the payment went through and the confirmation was sent by Priceline the room sure partial Seaview. After contacting Priceline the acknowledge the mistake and they tried to fix the issue for two weeks later to cancel my booking without my permission

Booked 2 separate flights 1st For 4 people then second for our son who decided to go with us last minute. I called to cancel both trips they refunded the single flight but did not do flight for 4 so we are know out for flight tickets. They did not honor there lowest price guarantee. They charged me $573.80 for a hotel stay paid in advance. The hotel receipt I received was priced at $480.68. They refused my refund after multiple calls. Their explanation was faulty, and had nothing to do with me. I would never recommend this site to anyone.

Priceline booked us a rental car through Thrifty in Phoenix. The car was supposed to be ready by noon and we didn’t get it till 3pm. Everyone in line had the same results. There excuse was no staffing. Be aware and don’t use Priceline as they will not be able to help you once the rental car provider receives your money!

Priceline is a company that doesn’t care about customers but tricks you to make as much money as they can. They are not honest, they declined my card three times and each time they put the price up by $160. I wouldn’t trust them or recommend them at all for the stress they put me through.

Priceline sucks. I couldn't get ANYONE who spoke English enough to even understand them and I was hung up on twice they tried to over charge me 200$ a ticket when I called to change my flights because the airlines changed the times and it no longer worked with schedule. They promoted a hotel for $50 per night but when I arrive the hotel did not look like the hotel on the web page. The area look like the place was for addicts and hockey’s. Not a safe area and no refund. They took me for $183.98. Do not book anything through Priceline.

I paid over $500 to reserve for a room 4 months ago. I found out today that my granddaughter has MCAS testing the week I booked and Priceline REFUSED to work with me. No amendments or modifications. That's absolutely insane and I will NEVER use them again!

Never followed through, prices of the rooms increased, and customer service recommended that if I'm not happy to just cancel my booking.

Unless you need reservations 2 days before departure, chances are you lose hour money if and when your schedule changes. Their booking is no refund, no change, no cancellation. Not even rental car reservation is cancellable or changeable. Their prices are low because they can keep your money even if you cannot make the trip.

Aweful, they jacked the price up 300 for a car rental, they lie about the price change, and they said I can’t change or cancel it. You can still see today they price is 40 a day you go to checkout it’s 90 a day. Will never use this company again. And during the holidays they steal money from people.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 traveling gentleman. Was told by Priceline agent that rooms could be canceled with no charge. These gentlemen had plane trouble and had to cancel the rooms. I had held the rooms with my personal debit card I was charged a cancelation fee that was double the cost of each room.

Horrible! Priceline finance department just hung up on me! Horrible customer service. There system wouldn’t accept my credit card so I had to use another one with knowing I’d be able to switch my credit card for my booking and they wouldn’t let me! No where in their policy does it say I can’t change my credit card.

Absolutely awful, I contacted them about an issue with bed bugs and while I have proof of the location having bed bugs+ the bites I had and things I and other occupants in my party had to throw out or pay to get properly cleaned they refused to provide me with any form of refund or compensation.

I booked and paid more for a 451 sq foot room. Priceline assured me the room size was 451 sq feet. What i got was 280 sq foot room soaked with dog urine . Ripped off! 20 hours on the phone with Priceline with no resolution. They don't care about the customer like expedia does. They care about getting your money. Don't use them

We had an issue with Mold in the hotel we booked and priceline did absolutely nothing to help. Was on the phone for an hour. They hung up on me, transferred me and still did nothing. Book through Expedia or Directly with hotel. You'll find it cheaper.

Online i used them for a rental car. I selected free cancellation. It jumped down the page asking for credit card info to reserve the vehicle. When I received the receipt it indicated I choose non cancellable. I called 3 minutes after error. They wouldn't cancel. VERY fraudulent behavior!

Beware, the reservation you make with this company is firm. Once you give them your credit card number you cannot change the date of you stay, even if it is only by one or two days. Payment is made on the day you reserve the room. Therefore, if you must reschedule, it is your loss.

AA canceled my flight. Priceline shows something has changed, but not that the flight was canceled. I tried using their chat -- it referred me to a phone number. I called the phone number which said...unless you're traveling in the next 14 days, we can't take your call. I literally have NO WAY OF REBOOKING or getting a refund!!!!
