Merchant Cash Advance

A merchant cash advance is a good funding option for a business that wants to expand its operations but has had its cash flow interrupted. This type of financing option is fast, open to candidates with poor personal credit, and has payments structured in correlation with the health of your business. 

Since the loan amount is based on future sales or receivables, there is no fixed payment schedule, loan term, interest rate, or APR. PPP Loan

Biz2Credit states on its website that for the majority of non-banking financing options, you will pay an underwriting fee of $250 to $400. For banking financing, Biz2credit charges a loan origination fee. However, the fee varies based on the loan type, amount, and multiple other factors. 

Although Biz2Credit charges an upfront fee for its loan products, this is common for most financial institutions. If you want to know the exact fees, you’ll need to reach out to Biz2Credit for a quote.

Besides closing fees, Biz2Credit doesn't charge any other upfront or hidden fees. You’ll only pay a fee after loan approval and once the financing process finalizes. Biz2Credit also provides an individual written agreement regarding the closing fees to be as transparent as possible.

Unknown Requirements

Biz2Credit does not list on its website all of its loan requirements, such as revenue requirements. However, the lender does note that it prefers established businesses that are profitable with two or more years in business and a solid credit history and score. Biz2Credit does offer startup loans to certain businesses.

The feedback was horrible. The ease of getting it done was great but the feedback whenever there was an issue it didn't look like somebody was actually reading the files. Lost a couple of PPP loans because they kept sending the same information over and over and over again and did not happen so those people end up getting rejected because they can't send a notice. We could not even know why files are even being rejected, we couldn't get straight answers. So in that case the communication was horrible in terms of letting us know what is the qualification when we send things making sure they received it and let me know the status of it.

It was very difficult to get ahold of someone to answer questions and for follow up. There seems to be a high rate of employee turnover that impacts customer service because there is no consistent person assigned to your account, the people who deal with issues seem to leave and there is no clear instruction on who to contact with questions or follow up. Also, the documentation submittal process is not trustworthy, because a document would be submitted and then need to be resubmitted due to difficulties on Biz2Credit's end. Overall, there is really bad communication that makes it hard to trust whether the process will happen.

They're very persistent as far as follow up, so I took out my loan with them and paid that off, but then we got a enquiries basically daily from various people. They're very, very responsive. They're pretty aggressive with trying to recapture additional businesses. It wasn't fully explained to me that I had to sign documentation to get the different early pay offs and so that took some effort to get that done.

They would not let me cancel my accoun by making it impossible to reach them. Auto renew for anotger tear at 750 without my consent and in violation of our agreement. Please make sure that I can cancel my account at the end of this my second year. I am 62 years old and $750 is a lot of money for me. However when I was using the service, they were very helpful. I just didn't like how difficult it was to cancel, and feel that it was manipulative and dishonest.

The first PPP application they made a mistake and I ended up with 2 applications numbers and therefore was denied by the SBA. It was impossible to get to the right person at Biz2credit. Finally the SBA got to the route of the problem and I got the funds. The second PPP application and the forgiveness process went smoothly.

I've only used Biz2Credit for PPP2 application. Parts of the process were excellent, especially the efficient and clear manner in which attachments were to be uploaded. However, the instructions and "what to do next" issues were not good. Also the status info wasn't clear. Never knew until the end whether everything was submitted to B2C properly and whether B2C successfully submitted to the lender.

This review is not a reflection on the funding specialists assigned to my loan. They were fantastic... polite, professional, and as helpful as possible. However, loan application platform does not function properly after submission of the loan application and there is poor communication between the closing and funding departments that results in poor communication with loan applicants. A relatively simple process that should have taken less than a day was drawn out over more than 2 weeks.

Hello , I got the run around with your company first I was approved then I was not approved , they told me I could use my 1099 employee income and then at the end they told me I could not use this income and this is the way my business is run , at first I was approved for $8200 that I really Medcal to pay my worker and my rent fir the business and then the tool out the 1099 income and I only received a little over $1700 , that leave me in a hold with my company and know I don’t know what to do . This was not a good experience for me .
