Merchant Cash Advance

A merchant cash advance is a good funding option for a business that wants to expand its operations but has had its cash flow interrupted. This type of financing option is fast, open to candidates with poor personal credit, and has payments structured in correlation with the health of your business. 

Since the loan amount is based on future sales or receivables, there is no fixed payment schedule, loan term, interest rate, or APR. PPP Loan

Biz2Credit states on its website that for the majority of non-banking financing options, you will pay an underwriting fee of $250 to $400. For banking financing, Biz2credit charges a loan origination fee. However, the fee varies based on the loan type, amount, and multiple other factors. 

Although Biz2Credit charges an upfront fee for its loan products, this is common for most financial institutions. If you want to know the exact fees, you’ll need to reach out to Biz2Credit for a quote.

Besides closing fees, Biz2Credit doesn't charge any other upfront or hidden fees. You’ll only pay a fee after loan approval and once the financing process finalizes. Biz2Credit also provides an individual written agreement regarding the closing fees to be as transparent as possible.

Unknown Requirements

Biz2Credit does not list on its website all of its loan requirements, such as revenue requirements. However, the lender does note that it prefers established businesses that are profitable with two or more years in business and a solid credit history and score. Biz2Credit does offer startup loans to certain businesses.

I used Biz2Credit for the PPP loan process. My 1st draw experience with them was seamless with no difficulties encountered. I did not receive my 2nd draw . There were no changes to my circumstances but they denied it and we're not helpful in resolving the issue. As I see the amount of fraud that was perpetrated in the millions of dollars that is being reported in the news, it makes me sick to think that I was denied less than $20000 as a sole proprietor and single employee of a mental health company company. Is there denial Is created a great deal of hardship And mental anguish for me and my family. Perhaps they did a better job with larger clients but I really wouldn't recommend them for a small sole proprietor based upon my experience.

I submitted my loan forgiveness packet last December and never heard back. I was shuffled around between multiple agents so the left hand never seemed to know what the right hand was doing. multiple emails inquiring to status were ignored, and calls were not returned. in fact, the posted phone numbers for my loan advisors/consultants were dropped or changed such that I could NEVER get anyone on the phone to speak to me. It was only some six months of this nonsense or so before I finally started receiving some feedback, almost always from a number of different people and almost always referencing a different "ticket" number, whatever the hell that means, and in some cases even telling me it was time for me to submit my loan forgiveness app months after I had already done so. As a result, among other maddening things, I was afraid to submit a second loan app for fear it would not be forgiven if granted so I lost a lot of money. I appreciate the assistance in getting the first loan and in finally getting it forgiven, but your customer service is otherwise terrible.terrible

I had a lot of hassle with applying for my loan due to they wouldn't accept my bank which is a physical building not an onLine bank. It ended up causing me acceptance of the second round before the deadline the employees were difficult to reach and weren't responsive to my email or phone calls.

The forgiveness application process was a nightmare. I received multiple emails from different Biz2Credit agents asking for the same documentation over and over again. When I stated I was tired of being asked for the same things, the agent responded rudely and threatened that my loan would not qualify for forgiveness.

I submitted an application for PPP round 2 and Biz2Credit said SBA rejected the application. The reason they said it was rejected was invalid because I used the same account number as in first round. There was never a human that I could contact that would help resolve the discrepancy.

I received the lowest offer of funds than other companies. How's that possible? It's almost insulting! I'm glad I did not receive their offer as a first position loan. They also can't take NO for an answer. It's incredibly annoying! I told one of the funding specialists that I was no longer interested in a loan. He responded, asking to move forward. Seriously!?? Constantly calling & emailing me asking for a loan when I rejected them. I also thought my information was removed from their system. Until finally, someone did. And all their positive reviews are due to them removing the negative ones. Therefore, no one can share their experience or truth with this company.

The application was buggy and when the signature form was created, it was inaccurate. The loan processor assigned to my account was rude, inflexible and lacking knowledge of the basics of the PPP program requirements. Poor communication too. I repeatedly asked for support during the application process and never heard a response or had my concerns addressed. In the end, I received funding but I felt like I was not a valued client - instead, just another company lining Biz2Credits pockets with application fees from my loan. I regret using Biz2Credit. I won’t again. I don’t recommend you to anyone.

Application for our 3 corporations were submitted on 4/9/20 for PPP. It was handed from one representative to another. This happened 4 times. Documents were requested over and over again. I realized that only 1 corporation was processed and funded the last week of May. The other 2 PPP applications fell into the cracks. I have to diligently follow up everyday and resent all documents again. You cannot speak to any one on the phone. No one returns calls. I just communicated via email in the hopes of getting responses. Finally, after non stop of emails , the two accounts were finally approved and funded the first week of June. I understand that this is a very busy time for Biz2Credit but customers needs to be informed on what’s going on with their applications. The portal is useless. It doesn’t give you any updated information on applications. I was lost in the dark in this whole application process.

Communication for my PPP loan was very difficult. All published phone and cell phones #'s either non-working or voice mail that does not get returned. Schedule a call form receives a response that parties are too busy and schedule call will be cancelled. At the very last minute on my file mistakes were made and I was told it was too late to correct before deadline, costing me several thousands in loan amount.

Grueling experience! Have to follow-up everyday to get the funding moving after SBA approval. Totaled almost a month to get the funding from the time the loan was approved. Several documents were required even after the approval and contract were signed. Will tell people about this borrowing experience from Biz2Credit and would definitely give this feedback to the one who referred me :(
