I thought they were pretty expensive. We had problems with the way they go up and down. The button on there didn't work after a couple of weeks. They were pretty good with that as far as a good response time.

Barley any communication from my designer and the person I’m charge of setting up the installation appointment. I would call and leave messages and sometimes a few days later I would get a message back. Sometimes I heard nothing. For the amount of money I paid for blinds, you’d think they be more responsive.

They do the job of room darkening the way I wanted to. The only problem is I'm not that tall. I wish I had some kind of a tool to pull them down from the top because I can't reach up that high easily.

They were helpful, and friendly, but the installation was not what we had hoped it would be. When the woven chases were installed, they were not installed evenly. They have a good selection, and their prices are comparable.
