I really love my roller shades in the main area of the house. The ones I chose in the bedroom are not as nice, are lighter weight and let too much light come in. The cellular shades in guest bedroom are wonderful

Overall very happy, but did have to have installer of blinds rehang in kitchen as he placed too far forward and I wanted them back by the window. He did this with no problem, but of course left holes in walls where he had originally put them.

I had 3 Day Blinds install wood shutters in my vacation home. They installed while I was not there which I thought would be fine. I have very expensive custom valances in my master which they took down and put on the floor. They are wrinkled and I am very disappointed that they were not put back up. Will not use this company again for the rest of my home improvements in window coverings.

Overall a good experience from the initial consultation to installation. The entire process took about a month and a half which was longer than expected but the team was great and the product is excellent!

Jean is great!! So easy to work with and professional. I didn't like that there was no way to just order what I already ordered 2 months ago and no way to look up what I had ordered so I could just order a third screen. AND, when I needed a 9am appt. I could only get an 8 am regardless of what day. Then Jean called and said she could do the 9 am, in fact she thought it was a 9am so the scheduling people could be more accomodating. And the shipping pricing is quite high and keeping me from ordering. Plus you charge extra for a sooner install but it certainly isn't delivered in 3 Days.

Blinds are beautiful. Installation was excellent. The one thing that was not brought to my attention was that with my window cranks the blinds when fully down would bang on cranks. Seriously how could a company representative selling blinds to go over a window not pay attention to this detail????

Overall the purchasing process and the installation were fantastic. The thing I am disappointed about is that within 2 months, all of the batteries in the remotes were dead forcing us to buy all new batteries. I would have expected new batteries in the remotes that lasted at least a year+.

Our design consultant ruined our $8.5k order by not adding "TDBU" to the contract to indicate the blinds should lower from the top as well as rise from the bottom. We trusted our consultant to fill the order as we had discussed and now we are stuck with $8.5k worth of useless blinds. Never using or recommending this company to anyone.
