Worst experience I have ever had. 7 visits for $1300 kitchen blinds that were not installed properly 3 times and missing materials then ordered wrong sizes, just one thing after another. I will never use this company again.

Turnaround time is terrible. I have been waiting months for my window coverings. My salesmen quit the company and left me hanging. Got turned over to another person who tried to make things right, but I still have no window coverings and they have my deposit.

It is hard to rate. Our representative was wonderful. And the gentleman eho installed our kitchen window was great. However we can’t give a final rating as we are still waiting for the rest of our order to ship. It was on backorder from the beginning and knew they would be delayed. But this has been a real long wait.

I like the fact that they were very fast in making, delivering and installing them plus they came out beautiful, exactly as I wanted. I only gave 4 stars because I ordered 2 chargers but only received 1. The second one came after my request but they failed to send me the charging cord and without that, it's useless.
