When I called to make the appointment for them to come give me an estimate, they made an appointment for the next day. That same day, the person coming out called and left a message introducing himself. That way, I knew who to expect to see. He did a good job of explaining every step of what he was doing. He took the time to answer questions. They were on time when they delivered the blinds. The blind for one window was the wrong size. He apologized and immediately ordered the correct size. It was ready the next week. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The website is very professional and organized. I like that they do free consultations where they will come and measure your windows and give you a price estimate before you commit to anything. This gave us an opportunity to compare different companies and prices before we purchased shutters for our house. I also appreciated their warranty on their products which comparatively was longer than other companies we looked at.

One of the manual blinds hangs up at the same spot nearly every time. We can jiggle it and it will move on up or down, but I feel eventually it may break. We need a service person to adjust this blind so it moves smoothly the entire length of pull. Please respond. I will finish this review when this problem is fixed. Thank you.

This has been and continues to be a horrible experience. I have spent over $10K with the company and after 4 months still have NOTHING to show for it. My installations are fare behind schedule and what was delivered was wrong. Their sales rep is out on medical leave for my area and they can’t figure out a replacement. Avoid this company!

I was told the light filtering would still provide privacy at night. They provide ZERO privacy and are 100% see through at night. I was given false information by my sales rep and now I’ve spent thousands of $$ on absolutely nothing. I am VERY dissapointed.

Has been 7 months since install and blinds just stopped working. They are charged. Troubleshooting has been performed from all videos from business. Filed a repair claim. Been nearly 2 weeks with no response or call back. Contacting BBB and now looking for full refund. It’s all good until things go bad and then they are ghosts.
