This company came highly recommended. I’m sure to some their work start to finish is great, and I don’t want to discount that. But here has been our experience. - after our quote, we were told we had to let them know we wanted on the schedule by a certain day or it would get pushed back (which is normal and fine). As we tried to contact our sales rep, he was completely unresponsive for several days. After a final text to say hey we want to go with you but we’re not sure why we’re not getting a response, he responded and said my grandma died and made us feel like idiots. We would have been so understanding and would have been happy to talk to someone else, but after a push to rush, radio silence made us feel weird, and gaslit after his response. That would be the first of MANY rude and unresponsive contacts. - the crack work and window team were AMAZING. I do not want that to get lost in this review. They were kind, constantly had me in the basement showing me things. Cleaned up after themselves. Amazing guys and amazing work- that has held through several rains now. - then a week later our interior french drain team came out. You would never know they were from the same company. They said a few words to me and didn’t say anything else until they left. And when they left, we discovered they had jackhammered an entire wall of our basement with NO prep work done to protect our basement. We have thick concrete dust in our entire basement and even upstairs. It will take weeks to clean. When I called the office, the gal said that was your problem. We called our sales rep and- wait for it- no response for two weeks. We finally emailed the office and cc’ed him and he called within two hours. His first words? I was waiting on a list of complaints from you. We had been normal customers. I offered crews drinks, coupons to local places, etc. Again, we have felt misrepresented for this entire process. We’re a young family, with thousands of dollars in repairs to our basement, just trying our best to navigate. - he DID say it was wrong of them to not prepare and he would talk to his boss about how to remedy. More days flew by. Finally emailed again. The boss said you have a $200 check on your way in the mail. We said we appreciate it but that wouldn’t cover anything. We never expect them to respond. It’s been days again and they could honestly care less. In summary: their communication from start to finish, even when they were trying to get our business, was awful. They will make you feel disrespectful when they make mistakes and you try to be kind. When you have to be firm they gaslight you. And if heaven forbid we ever have to have something fixed on what they installed, I’m afraid it won’t get resolved because of how they treat customers. I never thought I’d write a review like this. I read negative reviews and think “that person must be extra picky”, etc. We were not prepared for the mess this whole process has been. I can’t speak to their work yet but I can speak to the way they treat customers, and it is a nightmare. We have emails, screenshots, and photos to back all of this up and would never badmouth a business unless we wanted others to be able to make an informed decision themselves.

Responded to my call about a leak and our warranty. Will update after they inspect.
