We wanted our crawlspace made "bulletproof" for the years ahead. Stapleton did a great job. They emptied out our space before doing any work and carefully returned everything once the project was done. Our estimate covered the scope of the project and the on site team did a good job explaining what they were doing. The work was well done and we are happy with the end result. The crawlspace itself is very dry, and impressively cool, even on much hotter summer days. We have no issues storing items in the space, where we were hesitant to before. Not everything always goes to plan. We actually had to call Stapleton to come out and fix one item. They sent a guy the very next day and he fixed the issue for good (no charge of course). That response was almost as impressive as the initial project. Overall we are very happy with the work done, both during the install and the finished result.

My house was on the market and a potential buyer was concerned with one specific structural foundation repair that had previously been done by someone else. Stapleton Foundations came out and provided me with a complete non-biased house inspection and report and it far exceeded the original area of concern. The report was very detailed and provided me with the peace of mind that there were no structural issues or concerns. They were quick to conduct the inspection and provide the report. I am very grateful for their honesty, quick work, and professionalism. It would have been easy for a company to promote some type of repair to gain business, but that was not what I received from this company. I would certainly refer them to anyone that requires home structural repairs.

I purchased a property without a home inspection a few years back. When I eventually did the home inspection, there were major issues with the foundation. I called around ti a few structural engineers, and their costs were extremely inflated. I was fortunate enough to come across Stapleton Foundation during my research. They were consummate professional, provided a very reasonable quote, and did the work ahead of schedule. April, at the front desk, was amazing throughout the process, and reassured me while I freaked out about all the hidden issues that came to light after buying my property. Stapleton is a great company to trust with foundation work on your home. They communicate clearly exactly what and how they will execute. On the day of the job the project manager went out of his way to find ways to reduce job cost from initial quote, instead of up-charging. I have experience with another big foundation company in the SE and all they did was try to scare me into additional costs/sales. Stapleton does not do that. Overall, Stapleton is the way to go. They know what they are doing and we recommend them to anyone that needs foundation work.

After initial meeting, they came out as expected. Took their time and placed steel beams in my crawl space that I had already had encapsulated. They took their the time to update the encapsulation so there were no holes. I have requested them to come back out three different times in the last two years to adjust and they have scheduled promptly and completed the work without issue. Would highly recommend them.
