I had foundation issues with the bottom floor of my townhouse developing cracks in the cement floor causing the kitchen tiles to crack. Ram Jack did an indept analysis and came up with a plan for my home. It involved drilling into the floor and inject a type of lifting material that stabalized the floor and sealed all the cracks after the orginial floor was removed. Excellent job, great guys to work with, very thorough, provessional and nice!

Brian was great, was no pressure and very honest and answered all our questions. Had four piles installed in our garage. The work was done well as far as I can tell- haven’t had any issues. We had a few communication issues in getting the work completed as quick as was quoted , but I’d definitely recommend.

Ram Jack installed helical piers underneath my garage due to walls that were showing cracks. Their estimate was much less than another company . I had hired a structural engineer to advise me and, while he told me that he couldn’t recommend a company, he mentioned Ram Jack twice while we discussed the issue. Because I live in a neighborhood that was built over 100 years ago, the side & back of my garage are only accessible through 2 neighbors’ lots. The Ram Jack team was careful on those lots leaving everything as found. The end price was what was quoted and we were completely happy with the job done.

We own a few older rental properties in the Triangle and have encountered some structural issues over the years. Dennis K at Ramjack has always been there for us. Dennis and the team at Ramjack have always been extremely professional and have resolved the issues. On at least two occasions where we thought we potentially had issues, Dennis has been able to reassure us that no work is actually necessary. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Having lived in our house for over thirty years, we noticed that in several rooms on our first floor that our walls were showing signs of severe cracking around two doors in the center of our house... while doing my research I discovered that our house had settled and that we needed to call in the professionals!! I brought out four foundation specialist before settling on RamJack…. They evaluated my foundation issue….RamJack offered a solution…. they explained everything thoroughly and we have been happy with the end result. Ram Jack did an excellent job fixing our front porch which was starting to sink. The process was easy, quick, and cost was very reasonable. The repair is hardly noticeable and the porch looks good as new. Would definitely use them again if we have other foundation issue come up.
