The installation team did a very good job. I just had a single steel helical pier installed at the corner of my front porch. They didn’t have much room to work with given my water and fiber line were very close to the pier location. Luckily, no cut or damaged lines. I watched the whole process. Only other comment I have is the estimator had 20 vertical feet of pier and it turned out to be close to 50 feet. I was made aware of the additional cost, but wish the estimate was a little closer.

Finally! Someone who actually looked at my situation with a house over 100 years old and gave the most helpful, and knowledgeable advice… based on the state of my house. Not just trying to sell something that doesn’t make sense. I would give Chuck 100 stars if I could!!

Ram Jack installed helical piers underneath my garage due to walls that were showing cracks. Their estimate was much less than another company . I had hired a structural engineer to advise me and, while he told me that he couldn’t recommend a company, he mentioned Ram Jack twice while we discussed the issue. Because I live in a neighborhood that was built over 100 years ago, the side & back of my garage are only accessible through 2 neighbors’ lots. The Ram Jack team was careful on those lots leaving everything as found. The end price was what was quoted and we were completely happy with the job done.

The price wasn’t too high, not over the top. It seemed to do the trick. The people who worked for them knew what they were doing, friendly. They cleaned everything up. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Having lived in our house for over thirty years, we noticed that in several rooms on our first floor that our walls were showing signs of severe cracking around two doors in the center of our house... while doing my research I discovered that our house had settled and that we needed to call in the professionals!! I brought out four foundation specialist before settling on RamJack…. They evaluated my foundation issue….RamJack offered a solution…. they explained everything thoroughly and we have been happy with the end result. I would highly recommend RamJack if you’re in need of foundation repair!!

I felt like they worked with us to try and minimize the cost and the mess. When we needed an adjustment after a few years, they came out promptly to fix it. And, as they say in their advertising; there was no charge for that.

Wow, I’m thrilled with the entire experience with RamJack. I started a project to upgrade my front porch and part of that was to raise the porch slab that had deflected due to substrate settling. The folks at RamJack were accommodating with my project schedule, they were highly technical, honest and knowledgeable. They were very pleasant to work with too. Don’t even consider doing foundation or concrete slab work without at least talking with RamJack. My team was Chris in sales and the site engineer was Rick.

We own a few older rental properties in the Triangle and have encountered some structural issues over the years. Dennis K at Ramjack has always been there for us. Dennis and the team at Ramjack have always been extremely professional and have resolved the issues. On at least two occasions where we thought we potentially had issues, Dennis has been able to reassure us that no work is actually necessary. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

The installation solved my foundation problem. The system is worth the price and I have it checked every other year. Because it is adjustable, I'm not concerned about future issues. Ram Jack is thoroughly professional.

I’ve worked with Chuck L. in the Durham, NC office over the last 15 years and I find him to be absolutely superior in all aspects of my dealings with him. Chuck handled my account for foundation work Ram Jack did on my house 15 years ago and in the intervening years since then he has come out to do follow up inspections at my request to answer questions and allay my concerns. He is a true professional and gentleman and is someone Ram Jack should consider being fortunate to have him on their staff. Jeff S, Durham,NC

Ram Jack did an excellent job fixing our front porch which was starting to sink. The process was easy, quick, and cost was very reasonable. The repair is hardly noticeable and the porch looks good as new. Would definitely use them again if we have other foundation issue come up.
