The installation team did a very good job. I just had a single steel helical pier installed at the corner of my front porch. They didn’t have much room to work with given my water and fiber line were very close to the pier location. Luckily, no cut or damaged lines. I watched the whole process. Only other comment I have is the estimator had 20 vertical feet of pier and it turned out to be close to 50 feet. I was made aware of the additional cost, but wish the estimate was a little closer.
