This was probably the best experience I have had with a service provider. From the initial call to the last broom sweep on a very long driveway to clean all of the mud away was impressive. We met with Dennis Kline to discuss the large project, and he was wonderful explaining everything he recommended us doing and other things we could consider. He took all the time we needed to answer all of our questions and stayed in touch with me from start to finish. Patrick Kenney was very accommodating with scheduling since I needed to travel from VA for a few days. Every member of the crew was professional, hardworking and knew what needed to be done. Day one Jameel, Fabian and Michael arrived and started immediately. Jameel keep me informed every step of the way and would show me what they were doing and what was next. He was patient with all of my questions, Augustin also did a superb job of keeping me informed and letting me what was being done and what they were going to do to put the yard back together, leveling the yard, planting seed, laying down straw and taking such care in how the yard looked at the end of the project. Ricky and Brandon took care of the Poly Injection. Our front sidewalk and patio have been raised and are level now and look wonderful. Ricky kept me informed every step of the way! He was very knowledgeable! On the last day Efrin took me around the house and discussed the work completed and made sure there was nothing else that needed to be done before he left. I highly recommend Ram Jack for anyone considering a big project like this. You will not be disappointed!
