USAA Auto Insurance

New to USAA. Heard of them but had not used. Initial contact was very professional and informative. I a so glad I contacted them.

41 years of the best service possible!!!!! They have always been there for me. A truck ran a stop sign and totaled my vehicle. USAA represented with others insurance company and the other insurance company admitted total fault.

I've been with USAA for 44 years. I have never in all those years had an issue with products or services.

They have always been wonderful to work with! If there is a problem, they go beyond what is expected!

They are responsive, courteous, professional, and always handle things quickly.

Wife was victim of State Farm insured car accident. USAA handled our claim very professionally as to value of her car and subsequent medical charges.

My family has used USAA’s banking and auto insurance for three generations. Naturally, I was skeptical. When it was time for me to choose my own car insurance, I was in college and needed to save money and spend as little as possible. I did a lot of research and cost comparison, and USAA offered the best coverage with the best rates. I have been extremely happy with their service for all these years, and luckily have not had to file any claims (knocking on wood as I type this). When I started with them, they offered me student discounts and deductions based on number of years without accidents. Most recently, during the Covid stay-at-home orders, they gave customers cash back for not driving, no questions asked. I 100% recommend USAA to anyone who is able to use their services.

I have had USAA for several years before I decided to switch. During that time USAA has had amazing customer service, but has been fairly expensive. So I'm giving it 3 stars because they are expensive and they do not know what they are talking about. The last couple months I had USAA I had some issues with the bill and each representative I talked to could not explain to me what the problem was with the bill. They kept having to get another representative and overall they could not help me lower my bill because for some crazy reason, the last premium they calculated was for 5 months (instead of 6) and they could not help me at all by making it 6 months again, no matter how many times I called and tried. We switched because they were unclear about explaining the bill every single time.

Excellent claims service. We have had to file two separate claims. Each time USAA was quick to take care of out needs.
