State Farm is a long standing reputable company and as a policy holder for both auto insurance and homeowners, the bundled discounts are great! When I had a car do a hit an run on me, the insurance company was able to hunt down the diplomat who hit my car and got my money back for the insurance deductible. The cops hunted for a month took State Farm 2 weeks.

I have been a customer of State Farm for almost 20 years. Their service and products are great. One of my favorite coverages is glass coverage. Often time my windshield will get a crack or chips from road hazards. State Farm covers this 100% for me with no deductible. It is great to have the kind of service. My agent is also great. She has taken care of me and my family for many years.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Hands down. I was hit by a car (their fault) and State Farm took care of me when the other drivers insurance would not respond to my calls. They went above and beyond. They took care of me getting my car back and going and then on their time, went after the other drivers insurance. I can't recommend them enough. I will forever be with State Farm.

We have had several claims over the years, (with a few teenage drivers), and they have always been dealt with quickly, and fairly. Our State Farm agent has become a family friend, and someone I can count on to be there, day or night no matter what the situation. I feel so grateful to know that our insurance is handled by true professionals who care about the people they serve.

We use state farm for our cars and renters insurance. When we combined our insurances (after my husband and I got married) they made sure we had a better rate than what my current insurance was offering. They applied all sorts of discounts to make sure we were getting the best for our bucks. Also our agent was super helpful when filling a claim and took the time to do it with us. We had a couple issues on billing when changing states and agents but they always took care of it promptly.

It always been positive and supportive. The staff members have helped when a crisis occurred. When we were hit by a deer that came leaping over the freeway center divide and plowed into the side of our truck causing some side and hood damage, it was take care of quickly. .

We just switched off of state farm. They were fine but it was frustrating to have to meet with someone in person every time we wanted to make a change or have a question. I would much rather just jump on a phone or do it over the internet. Plus it is cheaper if you do not have a local contact. That is why we switched.

I think the program was updated and I haven't tried it since. But I love that the website will allow you to pay the bill without signing in.

We have used State Farm Auto Insurance for two cars for almost 5 years and have loved the experience. The rates are reasonable and we can easily get discounts with good driving. The only minor complaint I have is even though we have updated our preferences multiple times, they can NOT seem to go paperless! We get so much mail from them that we've already received via email and only keep the yearly copy of our policies that they send us. So if you can get past constant extra mail and are a safe driver, definitely worth it.

I was with State Farm for over 20 years. I used them for EVERYTHING. Auto, home, renters, even to insure my wife's wedding ring. Never had to file a claim so I have no experience there. But out of the blue they started raising my rates on my car and home insurance. Out of loyalty I stayed with them but after the second year of my homeowners insurance doubling, I had to leave. I went to an independent insurance agent who wrote me with different companies and my monthly insurance bill went down 62%. I'll never be "loyal" to a company again. I wasted a lot of money before I left. Customer service was always top notch.

Have State Farm for Auto and Homeowners and they have been so great to work with. Had to go through claims a few times dealing with non-fault accident and they were prompt, though could be at times a bit disorganized. I easily escalated to management and between the supervisor and me, we were able to get the claims adjuster back on track and handling claims properly. But, you did have to do your part in keeping a tab on everyone trying to charge your policy. Good experience through a bad time.
