Rapid Results
Each meal plan is supplemented with the Rapid Results meal plan. Rapid Results is the strategy behind each menu item. It structures your meal plan so that you’ll eat during a 12-hour period and then let your body “rejuvenate” for another 12-hour period. The idea is that as your metabolism fluctuates throughout the day consumers will be eating the right type and amount of food at times when their metabolism is highest and lowest.
