I have recently upgraded the tubs in our house and it was good decision. I have decided to go with this company since it is very well reputed in the market. The tubs i feel it very well designed according to comfort and safety . It has non slippery bath tubs and built from long lasting material so its going to last without need to change it .

Went with American Std even though higher price for lesser product because they were only ones to promise glass door installation. Long story short they subbed it out. Took several weeks later. Salesman meanwhile got fired. Installed smaller liner than promised. All in all don’t go with these shysters

I have had my safe step tub for years, it has been one of the best investments for my home, we use it often and it was a great help for my dad before he passed. I recently had to call for maintenance, they had a great professional sub contractor come out and take good care of use, they honored the warranty for parts, we paid for the visit. We;; worth it, Im sure we will get great use another 10 years out of this quality product

Our tub leaked from the beginning. A constant chronic problem. It was a brand new tub and 2 payments in and we still can’t use it. No compensation for the inconvenience. They are coming to install another brand new tub in a week and a half. Very dissatisfied at the length of time that we are unable to use tub. They say our compensation is their life time guarantee. Well we say that’s not enough! Stay tuned!
