Yes and no. Most, if not all, of the work to resolve a tax issue will be dealt with by telephone and fax. By my math, my total taxes this year, state and federal, should have been somewhere between $15-$18k. After working with Tax Network USA my final number was $9,000. Completely astounded by the result. Obviously this is case dependent, and they were fairly pricy, but if my results are anything to go by than they are WELL worth it. Ditch H&R Block and work with them!

Incredibly pleased with the results and particularly the patience in which my case was handled. I unfortunately did not have all of the necessary documents needed to correctly assess my debt, and the case managers there walked me through the step by step process of getting the needed documents and the case as a whole. I had tried another company previously, and was left on my own to figure out what was needed/additional steps to finish my debt obligation. I recommend Tax Network USA to anyone who may not feel that they are fully equipped to handle a debt on their own. l always felt taken care of and listened to, even though I'm sure I had not gone through the steps correctly before. Getting ahold of a tax Network USA was truly one of the best decisions I have made. I had been under the impression that I would a significant sum of money for multiple years. However, after consulting with one of the members there, they informed me I qualified for a program that would not only be significantly less than I had previously thought, but I was able to make much smaller payments over a planned interval. Times are tough, and this could have been a better solution than the dread I had going into my resolution. In addition to helping me with my debt that I had accrued, Ava J (a specialist who informed me of other services - incredibly helpful and nice!) I will now be going forward with Tax Network USA for all of my ensuing tax obligations. I cannot stress the ease, comprehensive actions, and professional demeanor with which I encountered here. I will be telling multiple people that I know are dealing with a similar scenario.

I hadn't filed tax returns for multiple years and every April 15th my anxiety became worse. I didn't know what I was going to do but I knew someday I had to do something. I started receiving demand letters from the IRS. I would put them away and hide my head in the sand. Finally, I received a real threatening letter. I knew my life was going to get difficult. I saw an ad for Tax network USA on a podcast that I watch and bit the bullet and gave them a call. It was the most difficult call i have ever made. That call was the most amazing call. I explained my tax situation to them and they made me feel better immediately. I hired them to handle my situation. My anxiety level dropped by 90%. I worked with my case agent Angie B. for about 1 year. She was always available to me if I had any questions. She kept me informed throughout the whole process. When it came time to resolve the situation with the IRS Angie and my lawyer was able to work out a resolution that I was comfortable with. Angie also help me get my books in order so I now can file on time without any problems. I highly recommend Tax Network USA to resolve your Tax problems as well as put you back in a comfort zone to take on the future.

The FREE Consultation with Gavin at Tax Network USA left me feeling confident about going ahead and enlisting help to alleviate several thousand dollars of IRS penalties and interest on previously paid back taxes. After our conversation, I knew I had made the right decision to let the TNUSA company handle the IRS for me. My Case Manager, Diana B, took my case from there and guided me through the process. It was slow moving, as I had been informed previously that it might be, but Diana kept me apprised of progress all along the way. I signed up with Tax Network USA in December 2024 and paid $350 biweekly (8 payments total) with the promise they’d start work immediately. Despite sending all requested documents multiple times, nothing meaningful was done. When I contacted the IRS directly, I discovered no action had been taken on my behalf—no contact, no filings—until I personally initiated it in April 2025. I was still considered non-compliant because I hadn’t filed my 2023 return, which Tax Network USA never advised me to do, despite having my tax transcripts. They falsely claimed my Offer in Compromise was in its "final stages" even though the IRS had no record of it. When I tried to cancel, they sent a "mutual release" demanding I waive my rights and stay silent, and threatened to keep their Power of Attorney on my account unless I signed—holding my IRS account hostage. This company provided no real service other than auto-deducting payments. I strongly advise reporting them to the BBB, FTC, and your state attorney general if you had a similar experience as mine. Do your research. Read every document they send you. They prey on people in vulnerable tax situations.

This company was taking $500 per month from me for a total of $5000 but I got not one dime reduction and now I have a tax lien against my home. I feel they were deceptive in that they never disclosed how much it was going to cost. Extremely disappointed.

DO NOT TRUST TAX NETWORK USA — YOU’VE BEEN WARNED I rarely leave reviews, but what Tax Network USA put me through demands to be exposed. I hired this company to handle a state tax issue, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. I was never given direct access to the Power of Attorney who was supposedly representing me. Every time I raised concerns about time zone issues (I’m in Massachusetts, they’re in California), I was dismissed and threatened with having my case dropped for simply expecting them to do their job. The agent from the state, Mr. Newell, told me he couldn’t reach anyone at Tax Network USA during morning hours and would get voicemail messages late in the day, long after state offices in Massachusetts had closed. I lost weeks of time because of this blatant disregard for scheduling and communication. Meanwhile, I was forced to spend over $3,000 in rental cars because my driver’s license and vehicle registrations were suspended issues that could have been resolved in a single phone call if this company had done the bare minimum. When I finally spoke to the state directly (something Tax Network USA said would breach my contract), they handled everything in five minutes. That’s right, five minutes. License reinstated. Vehicles back on the road. They lied, delayed, and manipulated me to keep billing another month. I emailed, called, and asked for case updates, silence. I demanded my documents, ignored. This company is a disgrace. Tax Network USA should not be allowed to handle sensitive matters involving people’s finances and lives. Their negligence, dishonesty, and lack of basic human decency is shameful. I am pursuing legal action and will continue warning others about what happened to me. Stay far away.

I am really disappointed in this company, lack of communication, and contacted the IRS and set up a payment plan on my behave without me even know, requests of the same items over and over again. It's been 4 months and just sent more bank statements. Very frustrating, also they failed in letting me know how long this process would take and what to expect again lack of communication.

I initially contacted Tax Network USA as a potential client based on their recommendation by Daily Wire. I spoke briefly with James G on December 19th at 10:40am. I was at work and unable to do the initial consultation call at that time. James informed me that he would be out of the office through the end of the year, so we scheduled a call for January 6th between 5-5:30pm, after I had explained that I have a varaible work schedule and couldn't ensure that I would be available until after 5pm. James called at 2:25pm, 3:42pm, and 3:58pm, and again at 3:08pm on January 7th in addition to sending an email both days. We spoke briefly at 12:50pm on January 9th and scheduled a call for the following Monday, January 13th. During our 12 minute call, he gave vague answers to my questions and said that more would be explained after I paid the $7500 retainer. I told him that I needed to discuss the details with my wife and father who would be helping me secure representation as well as another firm I had also spoken to while I was waiting to connect with James, and that I would contact him Tuesday or Wednesday with my final decision. On Wednesday, January 15th at 4:13pm, he left me a rude voicemail, saying that he was going to "give up on me." I sent James a text message the following afternoon letting him know that I did not appreciate his communication and that I was no longer interested in becoming their customer. He proceeded to accuse and insult me because of my decision not to hire him, saying that this "is exactly why I'm in the position I'm in," "Good luck, I'll need it," and that I "just make excuses." He even sent an email afterwards with the same sentiments. I feel this was an entirely unwarranted and unprofessional way to treat a potential customer, and was a far cry from the experience that I had while shopping other firms. I'm thankful that this happened before I paid the retainer. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how I would have been treated once they had been paid.

I hired Tax Network USA to do a "compliance call" with the IRS. I had filled out the IRS OIC form well over a year ago and haven't heard back from the IRS at all. I spoke to a Jim R and he quoted me $200 to make this call to find out why the IRS was taking so long. I paid the money. Mr R assured me they deal with the IRS all the time. After two weeks, I called them for a status and left a message. That's when I discovered they don't call you back right away, if at all. I had to call them over 3-4 days before someone would call me back. This time I talked to a William C. He is not an attorney or EA. He gave me this story about how the IRS was not forthcoming with my information even though I had signed a POA for Tax Network to act on my behalf. He will file a FOIA form with the IRS. After a month, I called Mr C. Again, he doesn't answer his phone, nor call me back. I called other people at Tax Network. I am getting irritated that I have to keep prompting them to stay in contact with me. I finally was able to reach Mr C. This time he was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. He said the IRS could not find me!? He told me he didn't have to call me back! That the $200 I paid was already used up with their time! He implied he would continue to work with me as a favor!? What kind of crap is that? First of all, I hired them to do a job which was to make a compliance call with the IRS. *THEY* quoted me $200. I did NOT hire them on an hourly basis. Secondly, returning phone calls is just common courtesy especially since I hired you! Note it has been OVER 30 DAYS since I hired them with little/no results. I decided to call the IRS myself. They found me right away! I did in less than an hour what Tax Network USA could not do in over 30 days! Talk about incompetence! Needless to say, I called Tax Network USA back for a $200 refund. I talked to a Maria P about this. That was over 3 months ago. So far, I have not received my refund.
