I signed up with Tax Network USA in December 2024 and paid $350 biweekly (8 payments total) with the promise they’d start work immediately. Despite sending all requested documents multiple times, nothing meaningful was done. When I contacted the IRS directly, I discovered no action had been taken on my behalf—no contact, no filings—until I personally initiated it in April 2025. I was still considered non-compliant because I hadn’t filed my 2023 return, which Tax Network USA never advised me to do, despite having my tax transcripts. They falsely claimed my Offer in Compromise was in its "final stages" even though the IRS had no record of it. When I tried to cancel, they sent a "mutual release" demanding I waive my rights and stay silent, and threatened to keep their Power of Attorney on my account unless I signed—holding my IRS account hostage. This company provided no real service other than auto-deducting payments. I strongly advise reporting them to the BBB, FTC, and your state attorney general if you had a similar experience as mine. Do your research. Read every document they send you. They prey on people in vulnerable tax situations.

We aren't requiring clients to refrain from leaving honest reviews or from disparaging services based on their genuine experiences. However, it is permissible to include a clause that prevents clients from making false or misleading statements. This provision was developed in consultation with a contract attorney to ensure compliance with FTC regulations. We are within our rights to ask clients not to make inaccurate or deceptive claims in public reviews, and that is what the clause entails. We do not believe it is reasonable to issue a refund while being publicly misrepresented and falsely accused.

It is not uncommon in our industry for clients to feel dissatisfied with outcomes, especially when expectations do not align with what is legally achievable. Our clients are often in complex and difficult financial situations involving tax debt with the U.S. government. While complete debt elimination is rarely possible, our services typically place clients in significantly improved financial positions — often resulting in reduced repayment obligations.

We recognize that paying any amount toward tax debt may not feel ideal, but we work within legal constraints to achieve the most favorable resolution possible. With over 20,000 clients served, the majority are satisfied with our results. Nonetheless, a small number may remain unsatisfied despite measurable financial improvements, as their expectations may be beyond what the law permits. We remain committed to transparency and to delivering the best outcomes within those legal boundaries. This is an acceptable request of our clients and is within this platform's ethics requirements.

DO NOT TRUST TAX NETWORK USA — YOU’VE BEEN WARNED I rarely leave reviews, but what Tax Network USA put me through demands to be exposed. I hired this company to handle a state tax issue, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. I was never given direct access to the Power of Attorney who was supposedly representing me. Every time I raised concerns about time zone issues (I’m in Massachusetts, they’re in California), I was dismissed and threatened with having my case dropped for simply expecting them to do their job. The agent from the state, Mr. Newell, told me he couldn’t reach anyone at Tax Network USA during morning hours and would get voicemail messages late in the day, long after state offices in Massachusetts had closed. I lost weeks of time because of this blatant disregard for scheduling and communication. Meanwhile, I was forced to spend over $3,000 in rental cars because my driver’s license and vehicle registrations were suspended issues that could have been resolved in a single phone call if this company had done the bare minimum. When I finally spoke to the state directly (something Tax Network USA said would breach my contract), they handled everything in five minutes. That’s right, five minutes. License reinstated. Vehicles back on the road. They lied, delayed, and manipulated me to keep billing another month. I emailed, called, and asked for case updates, silence. I demanded my documents, ignored. This company is a disgrace. Tax Network USA should not be allowed to handle sensitive matters involving people’s finances and lives. Their negligence, dishonesty, and lack of basic human decency is shameful. I am pursuing legal action and will continue warning others about what happened to me. Stay far away.

On Thu, Jan 2, 2025 – I contacted Mr. Brian M and came back to Tax Network as an existing customer. Mr. M gave me a great price with a military discount and explained that a case worker would be assigned in a few weeks. Mr. M is professional and great to work with. Ms. Melissa G contacted me within two weeks, and after a short conversation explaining the process, she told me that she would be assigning my case to the person that will be working on my taxes. Ms. G was also very professional and set everything in motion – she introduced me to Ms. Jeanne N. Ms. Jeanne N contacted me and let me know she had received all my documentation and if she needed anything else she would let me know. Some time went by, and I contacted Ms. N and she investigated the status and got back to me. IRS threw a curve and Tax Network went to work on it. Now time was getting short, and I was getting in a panic to file on time. Ms. N assured me that they were in contact with the IRS and working on the issues and would automatically file an extension if needed. It was during this time that I found out how intelligent and well-versed Ms. N was in the tax industry, having 16 years of experience. She started finding mistakes that my tax preparer made before I came to Tax Network. Ms. N has a wonderful soul and was very fun to work with. She spoke with Mr. Gavin G (Manager of Compliance), and they worked nonstop until the taxes were filed. This team at Tax Network is the G.O.A.T. – and on top of all the issues, I got a refund – and my wife and I are happy people. The only “CON” I have with the process, is the access to the team, and that would not be too bad if it were not for one of the nasty people that answers the phone. Mr. Robert B is nasty, unprofessional, combative with a horrible attitude. During a moment where I was trying to return a call from Ms. N, he would not put me through, stating that I need an appointment to speak with her – I tried to explain that I am retuning her call, we got into it. He is the sole reason for a 4 star out of 5. As an ex-project manager, he caused an undo external risk, that made me question if I would

I am really disappointed in this company, lack of communication, and contacted the IRS and set up a payment plan on my behave without me even know, requests of the same items over and over again. It's been 4 months and just sent more bank statements. Very frustrating, also they failed in letting me know how long this process would take and what to expect again lack of communication.

I initially contacted Tax Network USA as a potential client based on their recommendation by Daily Wire. I spoke briefly with James G on December 19th at 10:40am. I was at work and unable to do the initial consultation call at that time. James informed me that he would be out of the office through the end of the year, so we scheduled a call for January 6th between 5-5:30pm, after I had explained that I have a varaible work schedule and couldn't ensure that I would be available until after 5pm. James called at 2:25pm, 3:42pm, and 3:58pm, and again at 3:08pm on January 7th in addition to sending an email both days. We spoke briefly at 12:50pm on January 9th and scheduled a call for the following Monday, January 13th. During our 12 minute call, he gave vague answers to my questions and said that more would be explained after I paid the $7500 retainer. I told him that I needed to discuss the details with my wife and father who would be helping me secure representation as well as another firm I had also spoken to while I was waiting to connect with James, and that I would contact him Tuesday or Wednesday with my final decision. On Wednesday, January 15th at 4:13pm, he left me a rude voicemail, saying that he was going to "give up on me." I sent James a text message the following afternoon letting him know that I did not appreciate his communication and that I was no longer interested in becoming their customer. He proceeded to accuse and insult me because of my decision not to hire him, saying that this "is exactly why I'm in the position I'm in," "Good luck, I'll need it," and that I "just make excuses." He even sent an email afterwards with the same sentiments. I feel this was an entirely unwarranted and unprofessional way to treat a potential customer, and was a far cry from the experience that I had while shopping other firms. I'm thankful that this happened before I paid the retainer. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how I would have been treated once they had been paid.

I had high expectations for Tax Network USA, Inc.; however, I am very disappointed with their services. For what was guaranteed to me prior to me signing on is totally different than what has been offered to me. The offers that they have presented to me so far do not help my tax situation nor relieve me of any of the financial stress I am already enduring. They want me to settle for offers that are potentially more challenging to pay the tax debt and to also be able to live. The whole point of having a third party involved with resolving my tax debt was for them to provide with a service that compromises both my tax debt and me being able to afford to live. I not only have to pay the enormous tax debt offer and my sustainable bills to live, I also have to continue to pay them their service fee. I feel I am between a "rock" and a "hard place".

This company was taking $500 per month from me for a total of $5000 but I got not one dime reduction and now I have a tax lien against my home. I feel they were deceptive in that they never disclosed how much it was going to cost. Extremely disappointed.
