Money Solver was very responsive to our situation. Siedah L handled our case very well. She had solved a garnishment issue very rapidly. Worked with the IRS on a solution for my back taxes. Communicated with us very well and had always answered our questions and returned our phone calls promptly. Money Solver even worked out a payment plan for their services that we could afford on our fixed income. We highly recommend their services. We have even recommended them to our grandson to help him with his college loans.

I contacted Tax Defense with a problem that had ballooned out proportion until I no longer had any faith in my CPA to resolve.
Tax Defense took my issue and in days presented a plan that I felt comfortable with yet still skeptical that it could be carried out. Not only did they cost far less than my CPA was charging they resolved my issue unbelievably well and quickly.
My advisor Stephanie at Tax Defense kept me in the loop frequently and kept me at ease throughout the entire process. Great company !!!!

I called and spoke to a gentleman named (I think Larry) and he basically explained to me the scenario and that unfortunately I didn't qualify for anything, but his honesty and the manner in which he handled the call was outstanding and I'm glad I called them. If the situation ever arose where I did need this type of help, this would be my first stop.

Working with Tax Defense Network was a positive experience. Irena was AWESOME in staging on top of my IRS issue and emailing regular updates. Her phone calls to give me that personal touch were much appreciated. I had pressing tax collections notices, that were stemming for multiple years arrears. Ask for Jordan!!! I couldn’t sleep owing the IRS for over 3 years, the debt was over 50 thousand dollars and I had no ability to pay it. The IRS had claimed that I owe taxes for nine years on my retirement plan. However I was head of the union and I remember negotiating tax free players retirement for all the prison guards in California which I was part of their union. However I had to find the statute that was written and give it to the attorneys and then they ran with it and fight my case. The attorneys were very patient and kind they always called me back and my case was resolved and I owe nothing for my retirement

Sara was amazing to work with-the process took a while because the other party would not agree to the offer we were trying to make, but Sara made sure to keep in constant contact with me to update me on any status through it all. In the end, they were able to reach an agreement and the other party took the first offer we made. In the beginning I had a great experience with the company. But as I received a tax analyst she was helping me with all I needed. Once a month passed by the tax analyst stopped answering my calls and email. I even decided to make phone call appointments which she was supposed to call me which she never did. I then tried to reach out but no luck she was to busy for a paying customer. I then decided to reach out to the tax analyst supervisor things changed. I then received a new tax analyst Katelyn W and the issue was resolved in 2.5 weeks. After she took my case I was taken care of very well and. I was very happy with the service I received. Any time I emailed or called I was always answered and all the questions were answered. If you do work with them Katelyn W would be a great tax analyst for anyone. She does her job great I am very happy I got to her hands.

I was in a situation that I thought I could not get out of with the IRS. When I contacted the tax defense network, I was assigned an experienced staff who took the time to work with me through my tax issues. I can now breath a sigh of relief knowing the defense network was able to resolve my issues. I highly recommend the tax defense network to help with any tax related issue you may have.

Tiffany W was very honest and ethical. My initial advisors were misleading but when I was put in contact with Tiffany she advised me with my best options. Even more impressive, I was already on the right track so she gave me some guidance and didn’t charge me anything further.
I would refer Tiffany to friends and family for assisting in any applicable matters. She is vastly knowledge and elite in this field.
(This is not reflective on Tiffany, but the company did fast talk me into the contract when they should have done more discovery with me to know I was already at my best solution) Tiffany gave me honest advise. Upon our conversation I realized I was doing all I could and the preliminary advisors were uneducated on the perimeters of my loan and could not help me.

I liked the personal experience I had with David L and Hamara R; both of these people are proficient in customer service skills and go above and beyond in any way they can to help. The interpersonal communications through e-mails and phone calls helped to understand the process and the end result in getting a better monthly cost on student loan payments.

I had let many years of tax returns go unfiled. The IRS was coming after me saying I owed over 45,000. There was no possible way I could pay that. I was very slow in getting the information needed to my representative, but with Diana's patience and another letter from the IRS, I got going again.
The IRS finally decided that I was not able to pay with my current income. While this doesn't completely wipe off my debt, it does mean they won't come after what few assets I have unless my situation changes.
