Tax Defense Network dug me out a hole I owed over $25,000 to the IRS because I screwed up my taxes for years and they got it knock down to $5,000 with 12 easy payments for me and the truth is I can finally relax not worrying about the IRS Ellis D is the man and if anyone calls ask for Ellis I would truly rate them 10 stars, Everyone was a big help and again Ellis helped me out and walked me through everything. Tax defense took all the stress of dealing with the I RS away. They set me up with easy monthly payments. A couple of times I got behind on payments but their financial department was understanding and worked with me until I got caught up which really helped as I'm on a fixed income. The few times they contacted me about my case they were polite and informative. My case resolved better then I ever thought it would. Highly recommend this company.

If you would have came to me and had a cup of coffee with me while discussing my issues I would have left a 5 star 😉 But absolutely I couldn't be happier with the service I received from the tax experts at Tax Defense Network. The agent assigned to my case (Annette H) has been extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. Even after all was completed they still were there for me until I felt that everything was good, no more letters from the IRS they even got me back a refund I was not expecting. They were on point with everything. Def had to take into consideration that they were super busy so at times I had to wait for the call back after leaving a message they did call back at a reasonable time. Of course when you are stressing about taking care of issues with the IRS you tend to get a little frustrated and impatient but they did not and that was key for me. Being subject to wage garnishment and not knowing what steps to take for relief was definitely stressful. At first I was confused at the purpose of a tax relief agent from Tax Defense Network. Once I started really asking questions and trying to follow Katelyn's plans, she helped me understand why she was making the moves she was. I felt very comfortable and relieved that they were handling everything on my behalf. Tomika S was very professional yet very friendly and courteous at all times and helped ease all my anxieties. Only thing that was a bit unsettling was that there were at least 4 representative changes so I had to repeat and resend some information several time. However, once Tomika took over the account everything moved smoothly and at the end I was quite satisfied with the results.
